  Thanks it saved me from re-installing 3DsMax. Some 3D scene I downloaded has screwed something up in my setting with expression/script it, which messed up my startup. Either error, or intentionally. Additionally - you can grab UI folder from the old ENU and replace IU folder in new ENU.
