  Depression, anxiety, loneliness, all caused by unmet human needs. So many are too alone too much. Or abused & neglected. Life is easier when we have someone safe to talk with. In Australia we have Lifeline. They literally save people just by listening, not judging or giving an opinion or advice that wasn't asked for. The mental health could implement Lifeline's communication policy & be much more helpful to people than what they currently are. It is not about what is wrong with you. Often it is about what happened to you & being able to tell someone the truth of your despair, without people panicking & packing you off to a hospital.

  Why does the fed inject money into the economy through the banks? If the goal is to create a stronger middle class why not give it to people directly? Wouldn’t that be better than just hoping a year down the road the people that needs it will get it?

  The book of ecclesistes is about how life is meaningless, all is vanity. Only eternity matters. Believe in Christ. You dont have to go to church, you dont ha e to act fake joyful, you dont have to donate money. Just trust Christ in his death and resurrection for payment of your bad deeds and your soul is saved. God gave this to us for free

  It's not just "a state of mind" - how much more mental abuse must a person take. Why write a letter when you've reached out swveral times but emotional neglect is normal bc people do not want to hear about how they taunt and behave.
