Indian mindset demands, 'at what price' as very first question. You do all sales talk for over 20 minutes but feel shy to talk billing. You want those seniors to run around another sales team . Won't it be more exhaustive than this lecture. ?, I am sure one has to commit money first & only then you will evaluate him. Please understand you are here to make a profit. Then why not tell your monetary expectation first ? That would be your good consideration / respect for such elders.
Whatever facility we have in our dwelling place, if there is no loving soul, then, it is like a body without life. Nothing in this world can replace love. A retirement home with all facilities can only be compared to a dead body which is well decorated.
Excellent senior living facility. A great place for elderly people, vegetarian food and like minded neighbours, round the clock safety and security.

dear sir., please also, construct , with just 10*10 rooms., with attached toilets, and dining, and attenders., if they become old , and bed ridden, till they die. so that large middle class., can also be, benefited., with affordable decent price, for middle class also sir. do consider for indians. these are ., for rich people but huge middle class also need this type of old age homes, at affordable price. till they die sir consider my feedback., u will get huge response. bcoz, there are two types of old age homes, one is common hall, or it is elite., but mostly people need a simple decent rooms, as i said above, with attenders if they become bed riden till they die. thats all not rich amentities. sir. i hope u will consider my feedback and implement in all metros,
