Good Night, Evening and Morning to Celcom Company ! I have an idea and complain about your weekly internet plan that celcom just update in this months. For me rm12 for 18gb internet plan for one week it's not so best to paid, because what, one weeks really faster for 18gb , so my idea for this one is, make it until two weeks for rm12 and 18gb internet plans. Even more of my own using for internet. Please create one weeks internet plan for 5gb rm7, is it good? So easy to have this one or two weeks internet plan if credit balance not so many left. This is my opinion, hope your company accept it.
This is important to use media social that use for many things, plus about selling things in there for who has internet in their phone, this is my 10/10 opinion.

Hi, good my PERAKAS.. already my broadband internet connection problem at my house since report 23 jun until now, nobody give me good solution.im also take annual leave for appointment day but technician never turn up...I call customer service also never give probably info.. walk-in Digi center 3 time rdy..no solution customer service also ask send router to Digi center with out termination contract...if I bring there there are also never accept that's things...I bring the router she never accept the router so inform them I just take photo profe I bring that items to Digi center she shy she will complain to police station... already I disappointed RDY still u all do this thing.... already my daughter education in online spoil...my CCTV no working..if I working also no considering job...for this u all must answering to me 👏 Digi

Saya.masih pengguna Celcom life 4G..sebagaimana biasa untuk langgan internet saya akan masuk ke *118# untuk langgan internet 4G..sebagaimana biasa bertahun tahun yang lepas,sebelas hari lalu saya langgan internet Unlimited Data only, untuk satu bulan dalam tu tidak ada pun mengatakan Data only untuk 5G,tiba tiba langganan saya menjadi langganan Ulimited Data only 5G, sedangkan saya pengguna handphone dan simcard 4G, yg sekarang menjadi masalahnya tentang kegilaan sambungan internet.. kalaulah pihak perkhidmatan Celcom mengambil tahu tentang permasalahan ini!! Memang saya pengguna CelcomDigi mengapa dalam apl my Digi masih ada plan untuk 5G dan 4G..dalam Celcom mengapa tiada plan sama.. langganan saya kini Ulimited data only 5G..memang susah dapat sambungan internet..selalu terputus perlahan untuk muat turun...luar rumah Line CelcomDigi ok keduanya..masuk dalam rumah Line Digi out Celcom 2,3 ba putus2, putus sambungan.. kalaulah masa ini sedikit pedalaman Machang Quarters pun jauh dari kampung di kelilingi hutan memang seram.. perkhidmatan yang lebih baik sekarang ini adalah U mobile luar rumah penuh 5 ba Line dalam rumah tetap ok 3-4 ba 👍 mungkin sedikit hari bertukar ke perkhidmatan lebih baik
