Locally assembled at nissan E. Rodriguez Quezon city plant way back in the 80s. We had the 1988 model and and the 1989 model with power steering and power windows by bosch. Our stock head unit and speakers were Kenwood back then. Original tires were sime darby and Firestone back then. Brand new price back then was 300k plus thousand pesos. Started missing this car when I watched this since this was my college car way back in the 90s Very nostalgic indeed.
Didn't know that it was made in the Phils.. dyan ako natutong mag drive back in '95...wasn't expecting to hear about some Darby tires.. that brought me way back in time ❤
Sime Darby and Firestone tires were locally made here in the Philippines until they closed down their plant. Very comfortable car with ice cold Aircon. Suspension is soft for a very comfortable ride.
@@mikelowrey76all cars here back in the 80s and 90s including Toyota , Nissan and Mitsubishi were made in the Philippines that includes small body and big body corolla , box type lancer , maxima.
