ChatHQ has some nice features that I don't see ZappyChat offering, such as triggered video pop-ups within chat, or the nice button self-selection option for users to quickly choose what type of contact, support, directions etc they might like to get. Thais gives me more confidence in my pricing. Im a new agency owner and charging $3,000 price point but have no case studies so I was afraid this was gonna hold me back. But between a media buyer to fulfill the service plus dfy appointment setting for my clients it’s going to cost me a decent amount to fulfill the services for my client. So im charging roughly $3,000 My only concern is I fear i can’t offer a guarantee because if they ask for refunds or if I give free trials I will be losing a lot of money as a beginner agency owner? How should I approach the guarantee aspect of my offer?

As a small team, systems are a huge lever we can pull to help us optimize our time/energy. I would love to hear your thoughts on time management as a solopreneur or small team. You guys run a small but mighty team and learning how to optimize as a small team or solopreneur is something I don't hear often talked about.
