What’s cool about stretching is it strengthens your muscles vertical strength vs weightlifting increasing horizontal

I don't know what to follow because so many "gym influencers" give bs workouts. Do you have a decent routine to follow?

There are a ton of good programs out there and there are a ton of bad ones too. This is what I specialize in. The best program is the one that works specifically for you. I get on a personal call with every new join

Your knees aren't load bearers, they are supportive structures. Try side leg raises and other prone exercises to beef muscles around the inner thigh and knees.

I know people say not to max out very often but if those people saying that are small or fat and weak I'm not listening and for those "professionals" out there that say they know or should know that we are all different and maxing out weekly on my bench, squat, and deadlift works great for me anyway and also do reps with all of your auxiliary lifts but I still stay with a weight that is heavy enough to where I can only get maybe 5-6 reps and that's going to failure and I have done nothing but grow and get stronger so my advice is try different programs or create your own by utilizing what you learn and what works for you from those programs and even combine or create your own and tune it all in to what works best for you and use and try everything in the gym from fat grip bars to bands and chains to even the bamboo bar but it is there for a reason just figure out what that reason is and use it for what works best for you. Checkout the conjugate system by Louie Simmons (RIP) at Westside barbell for all the information you need to get bigger, faster, and stronger 💪
