A beautiful gimmick card. Really funny to play once sometimes, but a slog to go through. While it enables tactics like stealing away a lot of lands from your opponents, it helps mostly in evening out the power across the board or destroying synergies internal to a deck. If it becomes a staple of your strategies the table will have to sit through a lot of discussions on who has dibs on what. Do yourself a favour, use it sparingly in your sideboard.

So... if you roll a 20 you put 20 +1+1 on both creature A and creature B? Or do you split the 20 +1+1s between them giving say creature A 10+1+1 and giving creature B the other 10 +1+1s?

Should do card pairs. Like after hypno specter, show the artifact that allows u to tap it and ping someone for 1, negating their draw every turn. Once their hand is empty they will never get to cast a non-instant again.

If you don't mind some constructive criticism, what's the point of this channel? If the goal is to just have an audio recording of a card's effects, your intro and outro dialogue is unnecessary. "Reading the card explains the card" implies it might have been misunderstood in the past, but your ruling inclusion at the end feels like an after thought. If the goal is to just highlight a card each video, consider looking for cards less people know about? I'd love to see a "weird card of the day/week" with a few thoughts about how to use it or how it can be good. As a few examples/idea, Fraying Line is a 4 cost gray exiling board wipe, and Ixidron can turn an entire field face down.

It biggest trick in fetchlands like Misty Rainforest is that it never specifies basic. This is from my experience one of the most overlooked parts of these fetchlands until you look closely or are told

If your commander is exiled and you choose to put it into the command zone as a state-based action, you still get a basic land. You can also return your commander to the command zone if it's about to be put into your library, hand, graveyard, or exile from anywhere.

There's a couple of cards that let you equip at instant speed. Could you theoretically declare an attacker with the grieves and, in response, move the grieves to another creature and declare it as well?

I dnt think so. Declaring attackers fall outside of instant speed. When u declare u declare all at once.

Unfortunately once it’s equipped and you declare attackers it remains in it until it’s either destroyed on you opponents priority before blockers and damage. Or until you equip to a different creature post combat main phase.

“Read the card explains the card” dowsn’t work anymore… just look at any card that takes the initiative or has the ring tempts you… you need to read 3 cards for that! The card that triggers it, the card that explains the mechanic, and the card that is the mechanic

Nah it's a 40life format. It lets you go so much faster if you have it. It's an auto include in 99% of decks. The only decks that shouldn't run it are any Commander that gives you additional upkeep triggers, but that's literally like four commanders. There is zero downside to putting it in your deck
