Hello, Is is possible to share the exported step file from Rhino ?
Hello sir
how you get the model of car
Thank you for your tutorial. Could you please send your email address?
BILO THANK YOU
Hi Josef, I am importing a solid work stl file in the SImscale. But then it does not show the option of the first dropdown menu. Can you suggest any corrections in steps.. ? please help. it is for my final project.
Hello. You can find more information on importing CAD files here: www.simscale.com/docs/cad-preparation/. If you still need help, please utilize the forum (www.simscale.com/forum/) or the chat support button in the bottom right hand corner.
I don't know why amazing and excellent videos get less views!!
hello at 32:21 , the pressure moment is along y is negative , what dose that mean , it would be great if someone would eloborate on that topic , cause ive been trying to make a similar project and im getting my moments along that axis as negative
Too much extraneous discussion and not enough core material discussion.
Subscribed. The Matrix. No crime here.
Very informative, thanks for sharing
In ISO4210 the horizontal front load is described with a mass that is falling from a specific height on the front axle of the bicycle but not as a force. How did you come up with the 2x1000N of force acting on the axle?
why i cant select the automatic contact detection?
Are you using auto tuned 👀
I missed these videos. Please upload frequently.

Fewer 90° elbows ! ! Anyone wonder why a pump manufacturer would BUILD IN A 90° angle right into the pump housing/Volute? ? ? Regardless of how well you lay out your system. you will always have one more 90 - built in for no apparent reason. It may look neat to have the output lined up and centered on the input but is that really worth an extra 90?
there is overshoot design!
AT 30:30 ROI in a nutshell the diagram shows GREEN lines coming straight into the pump - is this accurate....is there actually any CFD paying attention to this water because; to the best of my knowledge the water Swirles in a vortex some time before it enters the impeller domain... is this right or does the water truly shoot straight into the EYE Tangent to the rotational plane? this is a very important point because ALL WATER Swirles down pipes rotating in one direction or another with few exceptions and sometimes reverses or becomes turbulent after bends or 90° elbows or U-Turns. it seems that the inlet rotation of the fluid would be a very important issue that could greatly effect pump performance; especially with respect to cavitation .... A pump with a slight rotation in the same direction as the impeller could greatly reduce the cavitation "Shock" at the leading edge and a rotation opposite of the impeller would increase the pressures at the point of impeller contact.....Please help on this point. Thank you
I have no idea what I am watching. It's great.
Can I export the CFD results in pdf or something?
Thanks for having us, keep up the great work!
if its not a thing anymore please update the video or at least just remove this one... looks like your cad app replaced this option? documentation is lacking at best with SimScale
You can learn more about Flow Volume Extraction here: www.simscale.com/knowledge-base/flow-volume-extraction/
@@SimscaleSimulation I did read that and more, the info is lacking at best as stated, misleading, and not intuitive at all. I got my sims working in the end though it was cumbersome and backwards...
Thanks for the video, Nice explanation
how can i get the simulation file ? cant find it from public project
www.simscale.com/projects/?search=data+center+cooling-editorial+demo-baseline
density in m3/kg was error! kg/m3 is correct! ,and n Rotation in rev/s or rev/minute ? I am not sure !
I am thrilled! I haven't seen the video in full yet, only excerpts. I'll watch it in full over the next few days. But I already have a question: Is the propagation speed of the magnetic field correctly taken into account? This should be taken into account for permanent motors that run at a very high speed. Or if you want to look at the propagation of magnetic fields in chips with very high frequencies, that would also be important.
Hii... Could you please help me to design a prismatic battery pack(23S4P) and do the thermal simulation for the same?
BESTTT
You don’t hear that everyday!
Hi sir how to get the pressure as CSV file?
thank you!
in the minute 26 you wrote that the flow rate is 756 cubic meters/s its segnificantly big you sure about it ?
Ha ha Yes My eyes popped out for a second but then I thought he said .....um .... per hour...? not sure
Could you please share the CAD model of the drone arm?
You can search the Public Projects for drone workshop (www.simscale.com/projects/?search=drone+workshop) and make a copy of a project of your choosing. On the left hand side under the Geometries tree you can download the CAD. However, since this is an old simulation, the geometry may be outdated. If useful, here is a different, updated drone (quadcopter) public project: www.simscale.com/projects/Templates/quadcopter_drone/
Excellent thank you
How to I convert a specific geometry to a mesh, and then use that geometry for a simulation?
You can learn more about meshing in the documentation here: www.simscale.com/docs/simulation-setup/meshing/. Also feel free to check out the SimScale forum: www.simscale.com/forum/
how do you create the parameters? I have my fan but I don't know what else to do. You don't show how to make the flow sim itself
Please check out our Documentation (www.simscale.com/docs/) or Knowledge Base (www.simscale.com/knowledge-base/) for more information. You can also search or ask your question in the SimScale Forum (www.simscale.com/forum/). If you still need support, feel free to contact us (www.simscale.com/contact-us/) or use the in-platform support chat.
When is this going to be available for us? Looks amazing!

Which kind of neural network it is using?
We are using a Graph Neural Network that learns directly from shapes and is provided by our partner NAVASTO. For more information, please contact us: www.simscale.com/contact-us/
Good lecture!
Good tutorial!
Hello to the owener. I am currently doing CFD thesis on a Kaplan turbine. Can you help me with the geometry? I like your geometry, and I am struggling on creating one. Thank you.
The CAD geometry is included in the public project. You can find the public project used in the video here: www.simscale.com/workbench/?pid=1220870254291642436&mi=spec%3A04865162-10c9-481e-a96f-9fb1495b4b13%2Cservice%3ASIMULATION%2Cstrategy%3A5. As this is an old video and project, some of the geometry may be outdated (it will say in the Geometries tree section on the left). You can also search public projects for kaplan turbines: www.simscale.com/dashboard/v2/search?q=kaplan%20turbine Lastly, if you cannot find what you need, you can always search for free CAD models online to import (e.g., grabcad.com/library?page=1&time=all_time&sort=recent&query=kaplan%20turbine).
I cannot find the "Generate Enclosure" feature anywhere... Can you guys please update these tutorials please?
Please have a look at our Documentation (www.simscale.com/docs/), check out the Forum (www.simscale.com/forum/), or use the in-product chat support (bottom right hand corner) for any questions.
Can you guys update your tutorials please? I am trying to simulate the external aerodynamics of a rocket and there is virtually nothing similar.
Why is the gauge pressure zero (For the pressure outlet boundary condition)? Shouldn't it be 1 atm or 101325 Pa?

Can you run 2d simulation on this
For simple geometries we can run a 2D simulation. The model has to be 3D but very thin and the two sides need to be defined a slip wall boundary conditions or periodic or empty 2D depending on the analysis type.
