We been maintaining it ourselves, it’s we the citizens who keep it clean, it’s our government making sure buildings are renovated, making sure there is order in the country, people just don’t build anywhere in our country, we respect the laws. This is what keeps the country the way it is today.

I used my nigerian passport to verify my ID and it was rejected. Is it possible to change country to Nigeria and then change back to France when i finally have my card.

I live in Argentina, where post is delivered to the residential address - but you wouldn't believe how slow and ineficent the Argentina postal service is. Knowing that I can request another PIN, but if the first PIN arrives, still use that first one ... has taken a huge weight off my mind. I will be requesting my new PIN in about 5 minutes!
