Whitney Gorman

Whitney Gorman

Hello, friends!! My name is Whitney. I’m a stay-at-home-mom to three of the sweetest babies and I am so happy that you're here! My channel is all about mom life, tips/motivation for cleaning, decluttering and organizing and fun DIY ideas. I am a Christ follower and I love to share that with others. Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not men.” This scripture keeps me going when I feel like what I do is insignificant. It inspires me every day to change my attitude, to keep going and to turn my daily household chores into worship! My hope is that this can be a place of peace and love in such a chaotic world. THANK YOU for coming along with me!

    That was my story. The difference was that I remember I got cut open without anesthesia. I felt everything the anesthesiologist did not come in until after the baby was out. I would do it all over again, knowing that my baby is here and healthy and alive. It was super traumatic, but I am grateful to have her. You are so strong and thank you for sharing.

    I had a very very similar birth story. No pick line, no epidural. It is a miracle that we’re all here. But what I loved about your story is how you called out to Jesus. I called out to Jesus too. I was not all that religious up until that point. God is good

    Great idea (RGhYUN MTSUYN, in Hebrew). // SHLM & HaB (peace & love). The Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as what He told Moshah (Exodus 3:14), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. All followers of the Messiah are to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, following the Crucifixion of the Messiah. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed. Ask the Messiah to be your personal Savior. He said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). ...for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hayah (Romans 3:23). The wages for sin is death but the gift of ALaHYM is Everlasting Life through Messiah Yahushgh our Master (Romans 6:23). That if you confess with your mouth the Master Yahushgh and believe in your heart that ALaHYM raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (Romans 10:9). He Himself is an Atoning Offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world (1 John 2:2).

    Hi Erna! Thanks so much for watching!! Typically when using a diffuser, you would still need water, but you would exclude the witch hazel. Just fill your diffuser with water, then add approximately 2 or 3 drops each of your essential oils! 😊

  • @WhitneyGorman
    @WhitneyGorman2 жыл бұрын

    Hi Bea! The second ingredient I used is witch hazel, which is an astringent used as a carrier to the skin. If you can’t find it, you could use high proof vodka instead! Vodka would also help with the sting and/or itchiness if you do happen to get an insect bite! Best of luck and thanks for watching!

    Hi Joe! Thanks so much for watching! I would absolutely say the savings are worth it compared to buying pre-made pouches. We still use them today and just buy applesauce jars to fill them with in bulk from Sam’s to save even more money. We made sure to purchase the Simple Modern reusable storage pouches from Amazon since the pouches that the Squeeze Station came with are not reusable.

    I think we should do a "treasure hunt", maybe "cupcake making" and even, something like movie night (for each family, my sister lives next door and my other sister lives in the next town over with my youngest sister staying with her) at the end. After we all go and "Boo Our Neighbors"! I figured, that we would "Boo Neighbor's" at first. (A couple now, then we could "Boo with Only Candy" on Halloween. I do not want to "Trick-or-treat" on Halloween. (Plus, though they are disabled, they are getting older like one is 18, another is 17 and 16. I want to "Boo!" The Neighbor's this year but not sure if I will wait until "Halloween" OR, IF WE WILL, do it earlier this month so we can Introduce it to the Neighborhood. Because, it is not done in my Town and we would Love to do it. I want to do it sooner, rather than later. So, we can get people continuing it and we can get more people Boo'd. I also need to get some Sugar-free treats. Because, I will be Booing my Father and also my Ex and his mother and step-father. She is Diabetic. (But, he has low sugar, so Sweet things will go to him and his Step Dad. So, we can all have fun with it!!!!) I am thinking, of Autumn/Halloween themed basket for new Neighbors. It is an older couple and they have no kids. Nice couple and I hope they like it!!! :) So, if you want to do something for Halloween. Booing Neighbor's, is a Fun thing to Do!!!! :) Fun for All Ages. How to Boo Your Neighbor: (Look it up online.) 1: Have a Treat for your Neighbor. (Can be homemade or bought.) 2: Sneakily, go drop it off. (Night is best, around sunset or after sunset.) 3: Place, the treat (without being seen) on the porch or near Door, where they will easily see. But, not where Door will hit it upon opening. 4: Knock (Loudly), or Ring the Doorbell! 5: Run! (Run and Hide!) The Neighbor, isn't supposed to know who left it. Part of the FUN, is Guessing who left it. (Now, there is more to it. Like placing a sign, saying "You've been Boo-ed" and the other sign says "We've Been Boo-ed" and also if you are Boo'd, you are supposed to Boo, 2 of your Neighbor's. This is up untill Halloween, the sign stays up until Halloween. Then save it for Next Year and you can use it (it make more for others that you want to "Boo") Anyways, you are basically.. a "Ghost" leaving "Treats" for people. Oh! Make sure you have something that says, "Boo!". Because, you are "Booing" People After All! :) (That is basically the jest of it. I have been explaining it alot just incase people haven't heard about it. Many, many people haven't heard of it and we need to get it started in out town. So, I plan on doing our first house when I get the Boo-ed papers I ordered. (No printer. So yeah!) But, it is such a fun Festive thing to do for the whole family.) Note: Thanksgiving, version of this is... "You've been Gobbled!" (Or, "You've Been Turkey-ed", also heard of an Autumn version called... "You've Been Thanked!". Valentine's Version: "You've Been Hugged!" Christmas: "You've Been Elf-ed!" All different versions of this Neighborhood Game. Even if you don't know your Neighbor's, try doing it. It could be fun! Live on the woods, no Neighbor's? Co-workers, you can do! Also, if you want... You could send a package to a friend or family and maybe they could start it in their Neighborhood!!!!! :D That would be cool!! Anyone and Everyone would have fun. So, Remember! 1: Get (or make, if you know them) a Treat for Neighbor. 2: Sneak and place it in front of their door, Without Being Caught!!! 3: Ring Doorbell or Knock Loudly (or you could just leave it there, if you are to scared to Knock! --- I get panic and anxiety attacks. You are supposed to Knock!!!) 5: Run and Hide!!! (Don't let them know you are there. When you think it is safe and you are in the clear you can leave.) 6: Have Fun and Stay Safe! (Please Keep it going, if you are Boo'd, please Boo more 2 people. And, if you are Boo'd please Attach a sign or paper, to your door or Window, where it is Visible for all to see. So, other Neighbor's can be Boo'd too!!!) It is a safe, fun same for everyone and you can have fun on or before Halloween.. while STILL ---- Social Distancing!!! Plus, all the germs on the candy and what if the candy came from a place that has covid.. now, your child's whole bag and everything (on and off and your child) is at risk. So, doing this is a much safer option and you are treating your Neighbor's instead of you but, that doesn't mean that you can't have a great or two. Maybe make cookies or cupcakes? And buy some extra candy for your family too? Just an idea. A scavenger hunt would also be something you could do on Halloween. Maybe a camp fire and s'mores? What about camping, even if it is in your yard? Or board games? Why not turn out your lights and have candles lit. Have a nice silent meal (ancestors dinner)?! Tell scary (or write scary stories?) Listen to halloween music and dance (dance party). There's soo much you could do that is safe during the Pandemic. We just want everyone to be Safe!!!! Have an Amazing, Day--Week--Month--Year!!! Don't forget to Stay Safe & Social Distancing is IMPORTANT!!!

    My cord prolapse story is almost 18 years old and I remember pretty much everything as if it was yesterday. I had a contraction that wouldn’t let up. I knew something was wrong. All the sudden several nurses ran in. They started flipping me from side to side and throwing oxygen on me. I remember the nurse checking me saying, “I have a cord. We have to go!” She stayed there until my baby was born. From the time I was wheeled out of my room until she was born was 17 minutes. It was insane! I was cut up and down and I had 18 staples. I am so grateful to those nurses!
