  THANK YOU SO MUCH. I tried to open a Google workspace plan bit it did not work. I get the message "This domain name is already in use. If you own this domain and would like to use Google Workspace, please follow the steps here". That is because I tried to create an email account with my domain on gmail connecting it with my gmail acount a few days ago. I don't know how to get rid of that email account with my domain name in gmail. It actually is not functioning writing emails but is blocking me from setting up my Google workspace account. Can you help me, please?

  we are digital marketing agency and we target real-estate agents and developers and we sent a few email campaigns to our 300+ contacts there was no issue with few emails but then suddenly our account got suspended we reached out to them and they fixed it we sent next campaign and it gt suspended again the campaign was not even sent what could be the issue , in their email they mentioned "our automated abuse prevention system, Omnivore, detected content or activity that can indicate the possibility of harmful information being sent through our service.ISPs and spam filters are becoming more and more sensitive when it comes to email content. Unfortunately the risk associated with the account is too great for us to support sending. Noting this, we do have to ask that a new vendor be found for your email delivery needs. Please note that this is not an issue of legitimacy in regards to your business, however as a bulk delivery service, we must protect the deliverability of all of our customers. i dont get whats the issue

  Hi! Thanks for this video. I am a consultant/contractor (going on 20 years in marketing) running a brand new MailChimp account for one of my clients. A few months ago we uploaded two lists, one was anyone who had filled out a RFQ form on our website in the past 18 months, the other was all individuals who gave us their info (name, email, company, phone) willingly at two recent trade shows asking us to contact them with more info about our company. Between the two lists it was a total of 119 emails. We put together a get to know us campaign and while sending the third email (each email has been three weeks apart) we have been suspended because MailChimp says we can not verify that these individuals actually opted in. These are actual leads to our company, they all contacted us first, we are simple telling them more. How is this not allowed anymore? I told MailChimp this and they still said they are requiring us to run an opt in campaign... the kicker is that we are currently switching CRM and Email platforms. We were completely on HubSpot and switched to Monday and MailChimp. HubSpot never flagged any of our emails. We have over 2000 emails (past and current contacts, and all our leads) in our CRM and now I feel like I will never be able to upload them into MailChimp because they will assume we bought the names. Super frustrated. If we switch platforms do you have a recommendation of what platform we can switch to?

  You may have to contact support if account changes don’t take effect - happened to one of our clients as well. Their team will update your limits accordingly.

  I just started using MailChimp, the first thing I did was create a landing page for people to subscribe to my newsletter, and I offer them a free handbook that I created in my niche. I'm a nervous system regulation and mindset coach. As soon as the landing page went live, my account got suspended!! I still don't know why, I emailed them and they said that their decision is final. I used my real personal info, no spamming, and my niche is legal... the one thing I'm not so sure about is if I have the right to offer a freebie within the landing page? it's not a direct link, I just state that they will receive it upon subscription. do you have any insights that can help?? thank you!

  I want to migrate a batch of *old* emails to another account. However, in the migration process, the only option given is to migrate emails from a certain date up to the present. But that won't work if my solution is to archive older emails. My plan was to migrate older emails, such as those received before 2020. Is there any way to migrate emails from *before* a certain date?

  You should be able to migrate all old emails. Try using the migration tool. I think it's third option I discuss in the video. If not, you would have to do it manually...are you switching between google to google?

Yes, I'm using the migration tool, but it has that limitation - it only gives the option to migrate from a certain date - 6 mos, 1 year, or a custom date - up to the present day. There is no option given for migrating emails within a certain block, say, up until 2020. I'm in Google Workspace, moving between two Workspace users. I'm using this function to archive old emails to a separate account, to save space, which was a recommendation from Google.

  what about from an employee's perspective? Meaning I am merging my real estate company with another company. I owed the gsuite account, now the new company does. how can we get my agents to login and migrate their OWN email from one account to the other? Because the admin is different, you can't do what you showed. Thanks, though it was super easy to follow!
