I'm also a recovering PM :D Thanks for such an amazing video. It brings up a lot of good points, especially when it comes to coaching itself. I've also dealt with that inner dilemma of "Should I give advice?" because the ICF is very strict in the UCM. But at the same time, I think what makes a good coach, or in this scenario, agile coach is the fact to be able to use any tool you have to serve the client. That's the main goal. And if that means giving advice when asked or needed, then you can.

Nice real life summary and sharing of experiences from both the interviewer and interviewee! :) Interesting (as a change management practitioner) that the phrase "change management" doesn't come up. Would love to see SAFe more specific about how change management weaves through the content (beyond the Kotter summary). Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the lecture. How do you integrate security framework with SAfe 5.0? What is the difference between SPC and agile coaching? Is Safe considered a business model to derive monetization strategy i It is it considered a business process model to deliver the execution for the business model monetization strategy?

SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) is a certification that demonstrates a person's desire to be a change agent and support their organization through a SAFe transformation. SPCs can teach a number of role specific SAFe courses to aid in the adoption of SAFe and help at all levels, from the team to the portfolio level during a transformation. An Agile Coach might also have both strategic and tactical impact across an organization but they are not necessarily supporting the adoption of a specific Agile scaling framework. An SPC is a specific SAFe certification.
