I am very interested in the milk holder you have built in the counter. Is it refrigerated, ice down at the bottom or not chilled at all? Either way do you have the name or link to that work station/countertop? In america our milks are in big jugs and bending over repeatedly to an undercounter fridge can be exhausting.
It’s home made ice well one one side with built in divider for milk/syrups for later in the day. Basically its all just a big hole with drainage mainly for ice and then on the top corner there is a shallow holder we use for milk. It will be kept cold because of the ice around it. In this video there was no ice added as it was a slow day, hence I was picking the milk from the fridge. In the rush hour we put it all outside and fill it up with ice.

It's an Italian word that fumes from the Latin word "lac". That's why the word for "milk" looks similar in most romance languages (latte, lait, leche, leite). I don't know how English speakers started using this word incorrectly.

I work at a restaurant as a chef and a barista im normally the chef cause we are very low on them and im a qualified chef and barista so i can do both normally with my coffee i put the milk in my froth jug and put it in the steam pipe leave it there for about 15-20 seconds depends how hot you want your coffee, bang the bottom of the jug on thd bar and slowly pour into the cup do you do like coffee with a shot of whisky in it?
I have a mad respect for Chefs! A little Whiskey to make it frisky eeeeh?

So do you have filing tips to clean the steam wand properly? The build up can be insane between services, or is it just bad pressure?
Also that noise isn't burning milk , the steam tip is either to close the the jug wall, or not enough air was introduced.
The wand just doesn’t have a strong pressure. It’s not as bad as I say, I’m just used to much stronger wands

@@timo.hribovsek you can get little filing tips , they have a rigged edge and will clean the holes in steam wand properly when you poke it through. You can use a spanner to wind the steam wand tip off. Try to clean it thoroughly, soak in caustic ( clean really well after that)
