OBC instead of OUTCAST(They are OUT TOO ME)
No OBC?
I know you can't please everyone with amenities, but no golf course!! So many builders don't have golf courses and would rather build homes or have other stuff like playground, pickleball etc. Golfers get no love. Thanks for the video and have a good one.
Nice video. I have lived in this neighborhood hood for over 20 years and you summed it up very well. I have lived in SFR and the town homes with the additional HOA fees. Nice work.
she’s overselling this HARD as someone who lives in mesa and grew up here-don’t move here. atleast if you’re not a mormon. people here are close minded, if you don’t hike or like the out doors you will be so fucking miserable in addition, you can’t even hike or go out side during summer. virtually no cheap attractions and life for your children will be even worse. our schools quality of life is getting worse and worse by the year ( they are safer however but not necessarily better) also it’s a hot spot for snow birds so expect life during the winter months to be over crowded. she only mentions north mesa in detail but if you can even afford to live there you would be better off buying a house in a better city. the biggest thing you need to consider is life during the summer months. she barely mentions this 😅. people general attitude is one of apathy and boredom. go to downtown and alta mesa neighborhoods, eat at a few places and you’ve basically experienced mesa. TLDR things look pretty and clean from the outside but once you get here you will be bored out of your mind.
Do the new area's of mesa have HOA'S for like buying a house or for apartments
Arizona is sooooooooo much better than California is the puke state now a days
you also forgot to mention the rampant roof rat problem.
You forgot to mention the amount of homeless and crackheads in the neighborhood lol literally have had people drugged out of their mind bang on my door in the middle of the night on multiple occasions. Not the safest neighborhood especially if you have kids.
In Dobson Ranch? Are you familiar with this neighborhood?
You have no idea what you are talking about.
Also, you shouldn’t be pointing out negatives when you have no concept of grammar and punctuation.
mesa lolololololo
You have great hair!
You are awesome 🎉
Left my heart in AZ from PA love it there can’t wait for my next trip back
Best thing you can do is MOVE 😂
Yo idk what she talking bout but she’s fine
Yo idk what she talking bout but she’s fine
How can you have fun in AZ when it's so hot!!!!
If you watch the video, you’ll find some fun indoor activities 😉
Wait, "GUS'S"??? Guess they went intentionally for bad grammar.
Downtown "Metha" from what the Law Enforcement community calls it....
I remember cruising Main Street back in the early 80's... Westwood Warriors Rule!!! Good times...
I'd like to be in your DM on a regular gorgeous Caucasian 😍
Weekend was just made by Courtney with another outstanding video. May you sell tons of homes and be happy forever. Enjoy this 100 degree plus heat here in AZ.
Great job
i'm taking a trip to mesa in 3 weeks!!! so excited!!!
The 3 weeks has come up. How is it?
How is the crime?
How do you sell a 500,000.00 house in a Mexican area???
I left Mesa in 2010. It was a blighted, crime ridden area then. It chnaged?
No. So stay the fuck gone
Of course Tempe wouldn’t be included in the one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Phoenix, it’s not in Phoenix, it’s Tempe, which is a completely different city. The crime in Tempe is terrible. Gun shots, everyday. Theft everyday. Stabbing, everyday.
Gotta love being a East Valley native and being priced out of my own housing market when I work for one of the biggest state employers and have a reputable position. lol
Goons are making me feel like I don’t want to move there
Hey look everybody, it's Courtney our favorite AZ real estate agent!!! Get to your computer and check out the video. Since I am here first, Courtney said that I am a winner winner, chicken dinner. She's the best!!!!!!

All I can tell is stray strapped now matter where you live and have the balls to defend yourself
I'd live in south Tucson before I lived in Chandler.
We lived in Chandler for 11 years and never experienced any crime….had my bicycle seat stolen when I lived in Gilbert. lol There was a lot of property crime and B&R in Chandler but we were there when the housing market crashed. After that there were a ton of vacant/foreclosed homes. Cops chased illegals through our neighbourhood with chopper above.
Yeah, I never go by a city website. Since I have kids, I also check the S.O. registry, not only the property or violent crime rate.
Courtney thanks for the video. Enjoy the rest of your day/night.
Theres alot of nice areas there, but a few small pocket areas that look like night and day, if you can avoid those small bad areas then it's pretty good overall
Appreciate you sharing!
Great video Courtney!
West Mesa born and raised. Down Town Mesa has definitely changed a lot the last few years.. love it...
How accurate are these prices when it comes to living in apartment in Arizona moving from California to Arizona and getting a two bedroom apartment
West Mesa born and raised.. Area of Main & Country Club.. 1st Ave between Extention & County Club It was off the chain in the 80s and 90s.. Way calmer now a days... Loved it....💪
We've been to "A" , south mountain and on are about may 22 to 25 we will explore more mountains 😂😂😂, can't wait for family to have some fun after my Oldest Granddaughter Highschool Graduation 😀😀❤❤❤
Courtney thanks for the video, I do appreciate it. Can you please ask ChatGPT if it can get a date for me? I am up for a lunch, dinner of coffee date, whatever she would like to do. Curious if ChatGPT can find me the perfect woman. Enjoy the rest of your day.
This idea of “wanna have your cake and eat it too” by having the home of your dreams next to the center of the city and STILL be affordable should be put to rest. If you want a larger a lot and a beautiful home that is not going to break the bank you have to be prepared to drive 40 minutes or more
Nice video, I don't mind a smaller lot, but not impressed by those tiny lots on new developments where you look out to a huge wall. Feels like you are in a prison!
First one here again!!!! All I do is just win. Thanks Courtney another awesome video.
One road and you can't even call it stop and go, just stop and stop longer.
Nice report. Thanks.
Appreciate it!
