Now legal what will proper taken municipality certificate or news paper advicement

Ma'am, my execution of order application is listed for hearing on next week in state consumer commission. The judgement debtor has been summoned to be present for hearing. My counsel is representing for me. He says I also must be present for hearing. I am outstation currently. Please advise me, without my presence but in presence of my counsel can court allow hearing ? Thank you.

The concept and situation has been explained really well. Many lawyers make this mistake, some idiots evn ask accused to appear before mag. On date of presentation of chargesheet...best thing in such situation is to file anticipatory bail before Sessions (good chance to get it), if u don't get it, then approach HC for anticipatory bail. Even if that is dismissed (bad luck) , then apply for regular bail.

I am an accused... I'm suffering from a false case... The chargesheet is filed against me .. I HV learned a lot from this video... I'm a government job seeker belong to a poor family... Can any one guide me ? I HV spent all my Money to satisfy io nd defacto complainant... Now I'm left with nothing... I need help ... Is there anyone?

@@hardtolive7228 sir few days ago we filed compromise petition the injured person complainant nd 1 gabah went signed that petition they were only asked there names nd thats it .. Judge told me to come on 5 October. Sir my advocate told me that that day the order will be passed .
