  I play on a 4k 43” TV that supports 1440p @ 120hz and I gotta agree with you. 1440p is perfectly good for fast fps games.

  1440p 360hz, and I believe it can connect via usb c though I was unable to do it with my samsung phone (not surprising). Don't have a mac.

  @@paaged The thing is when you have a mac book pro, then you can use 120 hz. Apple is a little bit restricting. So when you have an air, you only can use 60 hz. I only hope i can use the usb c connector from the monitor, that would be huge :)

  Edited on iPad, turns out I edited in SDR but exported as HDR so everything was jacked up. Still learning this Final Cut on iPad. it’s wacky

  I'm saving up for this sucker this summer. Heck this fall my parents are planning to upgrade the living room tv from a 60hz ips 4k tv to a LG oled 65 inch tv. :D

  After becoming a dad, I gave up playing anything I couldn't pause or dip out of instantly. If there's a season or daily quest in it, nope, not playing it. Anywho, nice setup. (Your wife was definitely right about the desk.)

  I feel you dude. I did the exact same thing when I had my first kid. Then i got miserable. lol. Wife convinced me to get the Series S. I just stuck with pickup and pause games for the longest while. Appreciate you watching brotha

  hey man, have you calibrated the HDR in the settings on both consoles? I'm using the same monitor with my gaming PC and PS5. just wondering if you feel like the monitor actually hits the 1300 peak brightness it's advertised as doing

  I’ve just used the on system HDR settings to tweak. Otherwise I’ve maxed out brightness on my monitor and used the higher brightness settings. I can’t remember which at this moment, but I’m using one of the HDR picture profiles on the monitor as well so it gets plenty bright for me. I haven’t really measured it or anything though

  I love my xbox series x, but also game on my 3080ti system . I like racing and platforns on xbox but much prefer fps and rts with mouse and kboard on pc

  The fact poor console players can't crouch or jump while aiming is wild to me. The back paddles should be standard on any modern controller.

  Yeah the ones I had didn’t have the Xbox compatibility, so I returned them. The Xbox ones never came in stock in my area until much later, at that point I had settled with other options. I’ve been peaking back into some of the newer models that are available now since they’re cross-console compatible.

  I went from 1080 to 1440p to 4k and yes 1440p is great but man 4k is so crisp and clean and in game its better. For me I'm more of a solo player and prefer single player games so 4k 60+ is perfect for me I try 1440 again recently and couldn't stay with it

  I have a question, sorry to be late to the party but is this the type of ultra wide that can do split screen functions. Like if I was live streaming or making gaming videos, one side is windows running the capture program/ Twitch stuff while the other half is like me playing the actual game console/pc game. I ask because I know there is a latency thing with how streamed content is live and with my new desk I can't simply use my tv for that purpose anymore. So I need a second monitor. I tried looking into this but didn't really find any answers.

  Did you have any issues with eye strain or eye fatigue when using this monitor for extended periods of time? I had a MSI 271QPX (which uses the same QD-OLED panel as the FO27Q3), but I had to return it because it cause me so much eye strain.
