Yet another white person who his ancestors started the problem is here to tell us about our land. That land has been Moroccan land and it has been for many centuries and the people that live there have always had Moroccan citizenship.

I definitely want to see a road across the Darian, I know it sounds selfish because of the rainforest but not too long ago I looked up if you could drive all the way to Punta Arenas in Argentina...the pan American highway which I live by goes all the way down to the Darian gap where it ends. It's been debated to add a highway, the drive would be amazing. It's doable but I can understand why it's not realistic.

I could swear KZread used to have a feature where multiple channels by one creator could be linked. But every time I think the new channel is someone pirating this guy’s video from some other channel.

Poveglia seems to share the fate of the so-called Bermuda Triangle of being designated an Eldritch Location purely on the basis of wildly conflated rumors and careless if not downright irresponsible reporting. I'd leave it at that, as an amusing bit of fringe fantasy, if this kind of thinking didn't correlate with the current popularity of "tough guy" strongmen like Donald Trump.

Just gonna add another comment here to join in the crowd: PLEASE stop the random cuts to shitty TV inserts. It looks bad, it sounds bad, it makes me consider stopping the video.

I'm not the most well traveled person in the world but I have been to Transnistria (Приднестровье). Having lived in Russia, most of Transnistria was fairly familiar but I could certainly understand why Westerners, Americans in particular, would find many things to be strange there. I MUCH more enjoyed my time in Transnistria than I did in the Moldovan capital of Chisinau. Walking around Tiraspol (capital of Transnistria), never once did I feel that I would become a victim of crime and if I dropped my documents on the ground I had no doubt that they would have been returned to me immediately. Although the capital is very clean and mostly modern, it does feel like I traveled back in time to heyday USSR.

As a cultural anthropology major there is SO much I want to know about these people. But I feel we have to just forego that urge and continue to protect them from disease that could annihilate them, and from losing the sanctity of their culture and way of life. We all deserve that basic consideration.

"gathering" ought to be rephrased as "agriculture." you think it's still random that the berries, fruits, and other harvestable foodstuffs are by accident? after thousands of years of "gathering"? "they" aren't dumber than "us." we're just different.

@@JC-mi8fw They are not poor migrants. The reason all these people are from venezuela and honduras is those two countries get instant asylum, instant work visa, and quick green card. Those people are not coming to enter illegally, they are coming to enter legally under asylum. The asylum has existed well before trump was president and he did not take it away.

Another Simon Whistler Channel - another subscription. I would point out that Yellowstone is not the most active Supervolcano, Taupo is the one most often listed as the last - but everyone forgets Campe Fleagri, Europes very much and very active supervolcano - it last erupted in 1538 and is constantly pushing the ground up and then down again around the port of Puzzuoli - the Roman colums in the two harbour (well, they are now) show how they have been successively submerged and then risen out of the sea. This volcanic zone is responsible for Naples Bay and all the volcanoes around Naples itself - including Vesuvius - about 39,000 years ago - but one of the most dangerous Supervolcanoes often gets missed as one - it is in a part of the world not very populous, although there are people there all year round, it sits underneath kilometers of ice, the central resurgeant dome formed Ross island, upon which sits four very large volcanic edifices - Mount Terror, Mount Terra Nova, Mount Bird and the infamous Mount Erebus. All are considered exinct exceot for the permanently active Mount Erebus - long listed as a stratovolcano, however, modern investigations have shown that it is simply the active manifestation of Antarctica's Mantle Plume - a huge magmatic plume of materials that is larger than Yellowstone's - although much work has to be done to determine it's eruptive history - the weather and landscape has eroded much evidence of passed eruptions - however, it is reported that the sea floor around Ross island and the Island itself has risen about 250mm in the last 20 years. We should not forget the newly discovered Brobdingnagian Tamu Massif - not only the largest (not highest) volcanoe on Earth, but possibly the Solar system in terms of land area...I have a sneaky feeling that one of the 18,000+ discovered on Venus might be able to top that however, Maxwell Montes being the highest - possibly one of the biggest.
