Why did you not cut and use the stems too? They add some added mouth feel as well as nutrition and you don't have to waste them some way.

So that’s how to make a purée, either smashing it with a spatula or food processor

Thank you so much for this. I've previously enjoyed eggplant but remembered that peeling the monster was an unpleasant task. I wouldn't have thought, of any certainty, that I could simply use a vegetable peeler. It has made such a pleasant difference. I'm vegan and had a yen for this, what I recall to be similar in flavor to scrambled eggs, when sauteed in olive oil and sea salted, under a covered skillet. Thanks much!

I can't take you seriously when you cut anything with your finger pointing down the spine of the knife. That is NOT the correct way to hold a knife! It's unstable and dangerous, and I would think that even an amateur chef would know that. That's Basic Knife Skills 101. 🙄

Good grief the amount of olive oil is way way too much. Don't throw pasta into water that's not boiling. And always cook Al dente it's so much nicer when you bite into it. And don't attend the culinary school he went to. Nice kitchen.

This video truly hit me on a sentimental level. although I only watched about 15 seconds of it, I'm already brought to tears. This is a masterpiece among masterpieces. ACK HOW FOOLISH AM I? Nay nay, NAY! NO words are worthy to describe this video. Next time I click on a KZread video, I will SCOFF at the low quality of it, no matter the quality. Because, it is truly nothing compared to this video. I've been suffering with depression recently. Thank you for widening my horizons and truly showing me that there is a reason to live, joy in life. I will not be watching any more of this video, because I, a mere mortal, fear I'm unworthy of enjoying something as wonderful, magnificent as this. 😭😭😭

This video is so weird, I have never seen breasts sold that way nor is it how you would portion up a whole chicken, and a cutlet is a chicken breast sliced in half horizontally what he refers to as a cutlet is the tenderloin.
