This is quite interesting. I took lessons and was told to float on my back without any assistance. I was in a state of panic and the instructor insisted that I float on my back alone in the lane by myself while she stay out of the pool far from me. This did not feel right and I had not been given any instructions on what to do other than push off the wall and start floating. This was my first time ever doing such a thing . I had enough sense to know my limitations and refused to take it further. Now I have hired a private teacher. A lesson to be learned. Follow your gut! Literally!

As someone with more oval shaped eyes but similar eyelids to her who has been doing winged liner for a longgg time, you have to draw the wing with your eye open after you do the initial little wing with your eye closed to connect it to the rest of the lid, similar to batwing eyeliner for hooded eyes. Also if you wanted to line your waterline like this and make it look decent, use a eyeliner pencil and tight line the waterline so it compliments your eye shape and makes them more defined and sharp.

I think your shoulder blades need to squeeze during the downward motion if you need maximum activation of the chest

100%. Pinching your shoulder blades will protect your shoulders when performing any type of pushup where your hands are spread further apart from your trunk.

Elbows should ideally move in a straight perpendicular line from the floor. Don't make the elbows spread out a lot. That means... imagine your elbows drawing a line downwards when you go down in your pushup... Try to make that line straight towards the ground. I think you don't have to worry a lot about the elbow movement. Just stop going down in your pushup when your upper arm(biceps and triceps) become parallel to the ground.

I have round hooded eyes and the top line shouldnt be that thick. It’ll make your eyes bigger. Then then wing isn’t bad but the thick line don’t go with it. The best wing for round eyes is a bat wing but not too thick.

Yes... Wing thick line doesn't suit in round eyes... You can go for a thin line. I think that goes better... Me too have big round eyes i have tried making thick lines it looks like i am depressed.. Frustrated.. Sick.. etc😂😂lol

@@trisharoy430 yep,me too, it just looks wrong, the only way it looks ok is it the wing goes up sooner, not towards the Temple but more towards the brow an not at the corner of my eye but closer to the lid,hard to explain but it's hard.
