That act was the nicest way anybody ever called me a dumbass.
“Bryan Saint just put the fool in Fool Us” why was this such an unnecessary dig lmao
It's all very simple. when he is doing the coat portion, a robot arm that is perfectly straight comes through a small non-visible section of the back drop, collects the other cubes and retreats back stage. The robot is controlled by a button in the pocket. Then when he removes the folder there is only the 1 cube in his hand. IDK how Penn and Teller couldn't figure this out
Sometimes simple problems look complex, but they're so simple you could do them with one hand. Some people may notice that every "scrambled" cube had the same pattern.
Green cube made of paper but the real talent here is solving it one handed
So.. the solved cube is hollow inside?
I miss Allison! The new host is cringe
So, nobody saw the cube changing color in the end?
You can solve a rubickes cube with one hand .
nice engineering. It switches from orange to white at the end.
Awesome routine
I'm thinking only one cube was real and the others were just like boxes that he could fold and hide away...but that's just my guess
I once read a comment which I can't forget: We the "commoners" understand 10% of the trick and claim that we're not fooled, and magicians don't understand 10% of the trick and admit that they aren't fooled. Being a commoner, I understood how the first "harder" part is done but have absolutely no idea about the second "easier" part. Damn it, man. Well executed!
A wonderful amazing trick 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. Does the camera see behind the green folder when the trick is performed? In this case, they will know how the trick was done
Not really impressive
rigged cube of course
It's a fake cube.
Is that the ONLY outfit the have for Brooke?
As ur😅😮
He puts the cubes down with a thump. That may be important. Or just presentation. Loved it. No idea! 😆
The cube is spring-loaded and each side will instantly snap back to a "solved" position as soon as he lets go of it.
The cube movements seem weirdly springy, like the rows wanted to spring back into position
I think he can make the cubes flat, and the slides them into the table.
Oh my god Pen and Teller, you still didn't take time (even after steven brundage) to familiarize yourself with the preset mix that can be solved in just few moves, one handed. Bigest trick here is where did the green cube go...ok behind the table, but where exactly and where did the other cubes dissappear. He is mixing the cube always the same, same pattern, same number of moves. It would be more amazing if he did the custom color order, 18 year old girl did on pen and teller.
I suspect that the GOP's fear of protesters stems from the knowledge that they're extremely unpopular.
Absolutely love Teller staring at the cube at the end and just shaking his head.
i noticed that too. i've always thought that more than anything, teller doesn't like not knowing something.
Bryan Reynolds?
I had to pause the video because this comment popped up, and I had to flesh out a boisterous chuckle. Thank you, stranger.
I feel like this was a very simple prop/gimmicked cube trick and nothing impressive :(. We only saw a single real cube. The rest were inside that folder :) )).
Sleight of hand jackets 3 cubes. There's 4 cubes. He only mixes the cubes up 3 turns from completion (some of his mixes undo previous mixes), he's dexterous enough to solve the 3 turns one handed. Anyone with Rubix experience can see what's going on. I couldn't catch the jacketing so I'd say he "fooled" me by Penn and Teller standards because the sleight of hand wasn't noticeable, it's just logically there and easily done with the jacket he's wearing.
Too bad about the hostess.
Can we please get a hostess that eats hostess??? I’m afraid if they have airflow on the set she make break in half
Autosolver cube, nice.
Bullied......man up sissy britches.
I thought maybe he is using a one handed algorithm because the cube is very unscrambled, those who have cubing experience will notice at every point the cube is just a few moves away from getting solved, too many corner and edges are solved and he never moves along the center (cross moves) but only on the peripherals. But the speed he does it does seem unnatural, do I think its a spring loaded cube, you "scramble it" stretching the spring, and then you press a button, perhaps a center piece to quickly release the tension and set it back, all you need to do is hold the center pieces which never rotate and have the cube autosolve. You can clearly hear it solving when he hides it behind his jacket. As for where the other cubes go, those are collapsable props, you can tell when he collapses the green cube and hides it in the table.
Yup, autosolver cube. A very nice one, or even custom one that’s silent and fast.
Помои собирают...
Did you hear a "click" at 6.20? or jus me heard?
I know how he did the trick but amazing performance. He is an enemy stand user. One with the ability to stop time apparently. He then casually switches the cubes. Or he could possibly be a speedster.
Is that alyssa milano?
Yes. Good guess!
One cube,, the rest were paper/ pictures that either went into his jacket or into his folder,, just because he rips it in 1/2 doesnt mean anything, you can avoid the “cubes” fairly easily.
I thought perhaps some of the cubes (which he didn't spin the sides) could be somehow folded flat and slid inside the little table, but not sure really. Brilliant act! Well done :)
You can see some sort of flare up at the back edge of the pedestal where it appears to not be completely flat. There's something going on with that back edge of the pedestal.
Can Penn and Teller just not solve a rubik's cube???? I recognized the fixed cube the second it came out, it is a preset series of movements executed with one hand, it would have been no more than 5 moves to solve and scramble each time. If you look closely you can tell how many cubes are already chunked together in groups of 2-4). You can even tell he is repeating the same loop of movements any time he "mixes" the cube in view. I can't imagine anyone who knows how to solve one not catching this tbh. not sure about the green cube but we only saw 3 sides (which he was very careful to make sure of) so I assume it folds up.
I figured it out! It wasn't hard to determine the magic.. He used a bag of holding that had a level 9 invisibility spell cast on it, with a level 11 illusion spell to make them seem solved.. I am shocked more of you haven't already solved this simple trick! Cmon people.. do better!!
I know how it is done it took me awhile, but I got it figured out anyone else.
Was rather boring
Is that "Take The "A" Train" by Duke Ellington playing in the background? 0:25
How? How? That was the exact card I was looking at. That is scary lol
WHERE DID THE CUBES GO
Sorry, but at 6:22 you can hear the cube mechanically back switching. :(
Incredible demonstrations! Perfectly understated, yet wildly impressive!
great act but im not a fan of tech based magic. i think it loses something you get from traditional props ... im fairly sure this is a magnetic rubiks cube. either way the guy has a great stage presence
