One day I heard a preacher preach He said this world we're gonna leave And when we die we'll either go To heav'n above or hell below I bowed my head confessed my sin Invited Jesus to come in The savior turned me from the flames And with a word he locked the gates He locked the gates of hell behind me And then he threw the keys away He locked the gates, o give him glory There'll never come a day I'll have to enter such a place For the day that I got saved He locked the gates Now I live a life so free Knowing Jesus lives in me And when I fail I plead the blood Alive and well it's still enough Then when the devil comes my way And says in hell for sin I'll pay I point him to a rugged hill And say thanks to Jesus I never will He locked the gates of hell behind me And then he threw the keys away He locked the gates, o give him glory There'll never come a day I'll have to enter such a place For the day that I got saved He locked the gates

Lord, I want you to know how sweet this journey's been Since I've been walking with you Climbing each mountain, walking each valley Every little river we go through Even if I stumble as I travel You will keep me as I go I'm looking ahead to my heavenly home And I want you to know I want You to know (Lord, I'm so thankful for the love you've given me) I want you to hear (My heart rejoicing since I'm not the man I used to be) I want you to see (That I've been faithful ever since that day you saved my soul) I wanna serve you wherever I go And I want you to know Lord, I want You to know I'll be a witness Wherever You lead I will go Ever proclaiming, telling Your story Helping the lost find their way home Knowing You are walking here beside me Keeps me moving toward my goal With heaven in view, I'd never turn back And I want you to know I want You to know (Lord, I'm so thankful for the love you've given me) I want you to hear (My heart rejoicing since I'm not the man I used to be) I want you to see (That I've been faithful ever since that day you saved my soul) I wanna serve you wherever I go And I want you to know I want You to know (Lord, I'm so thankful for the love you've given me) I want you to hear (My heart rejoicing since I'm not the man I used to be) I want you to see (That I've been faithful ever since that day you saved my soul) I wanna serve you wherever I go And I want you to know (To Know) I want You to know (Lord, I'm so thankful for the love you've given me) I want you to hear (My heart rejoicing since I'm not the man I used to be) I want you to see (That I've been faithful ever since that day you saved my soul) I wanna serve you wherever I go And I want you to know

Definitely a great song! I was curious, though... Steve French was their Baritone Singer during this time, but I didn't see him singing in this song, and I didn't even see him. It's a good thing that their new Pianist (At that time), Andy Stringfield, could sing the Baritone line in this song. Just wondering if you noticed that too, as it refers to Steve French.

@@GospelTestimony Yes. I didn't say that he wasn't at this concert, only that he wasn't onstage on this song. It could've been, that he was taking a break. One thing that I'll say: It's a good thing, that their pianist, Andy Stringfield, knew how to sing Baritone, and that he knew the material! God always provides the perfect answer, and, in this case, Andy Stringfield was the perfect answer! God knows what we have need of...and his grace is sufficient.
