  So the bill by Delegate Kathy Tran wanted to remove all restrictions including allowing abortion up to the point of dilation. That is a fact. He said "MAY have deformities or MAY not be viable"... my question is about informed consent. Why have a discussion after the baby is born? We are talking about a late term abortion.... where the baby is partially delivered then is shredded into pieces after a knife is jammed into its neck. Of course it wont be viable after that. WTF?? So with informed consent... would the procedure be described and explained before hand? and if the child survived all that... why discuss it now? That should have been decided before the procedure as informed consent.

  The Washington Metro 4000 series has a buzzing motor, when i was younger it was lime 2000/3000 or 6000 series railcar(Alstom ONIX 2000) apparently the westinghouse Chopper Control,.. but unfortunately the Breda 4000 series having problems cause the door always opening when moving, and the car was stopped service in 2018 and towed to scrapyard .. 😢
