It’ll work on any vehicle is what I’m told so I called them and was told it won’t work on a 08 Grand Prix. Any suggestions?
In the 08 you'll have to purchase an entirely new radio.
will this work on my 2018 Equinox Premier? I have GM Infotainment system, but not the new one that is in the 2019 vehicles.
Unfortunately it won't. You'll need 2019+.

No. It's all programming. The vehicle comes built with Navigation, GM simply doesn't turn it on.
@@OBDGenie OK. Yeah I have to wait until an IOR version comes out. Are you all working on one? If not infotainment is supposedly trying to get a unit for the IOR code.

HELP! I updated Sync 2 to newest version 3.10, Changed Forscan setting, installed Navipatch, did Master Reset (5 times) and now I get "Install Nav SD card" message. Card is a new Ford A10 card, everything installed as it should, SD card reader is working. Ive even tried a forced APIM Master Reset through Forscan. Tried disconnecting the battery to reset ECM. I've tried everything that I could think of. I ordered a new A10 card just in case its defective. Anyone have this issue and any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

hey the camera have to be wired with the reverse tail light or only with the harness of 12v? please let me know more info I have a ford edge 2013 with 4" display I installed a rear view camera it shows perfectly in REVERSE but when in put Drive it shows a blue square that does not goes off only when I put in PARK
You are way better off buying obdlink mx for 70$ and alphaobd app for 50$ and turning it on yourself plus having options to do so much more, then paying 200$ for obdgenie which only turns on drl and just once! Obdgenie is really only worth 20$

Hi, Maybe this dumb question but what about gps antenna? Or does the sync2 have an antenna already installed. I ask because other upgrade kits require a gps antenna install also. Thanks

I really wanted the DRLs, and two RAM dealers told me that they have tried on other trucks that do not have DRLs listed on the build sheet, and they have not been able to add the factory DRL programming. Now, I surely do not understand how an aftermarket outfit can perform this function when FCA reps (RAM service people) say that they cannot, but there it is. As the video illustrates, with the Bi-Function Projector H/Lamp-Chrome headlamps, the amber lights illuminate when the parking brake is off and the transmission is out of park. Mind you, 2015+ do not have the option to toggle the DRLs on and off. The folks at OBDGenie do explain this if you call them. After one day of installation, I am very pleased. After all of the options thta I researched to achieve the DRLs, the OBDGenie provided the easiest path, especially with the LED parking lights/ turn signals.
Mine are turned on and I love them. Dealership did it by adding a “sales code”. Did it for free. Google the sales code for the projector type of headlights. And that’s it. Some dealerships charge but it’s way cheaper and it’s factory done. No warranty issues.

Everybody I know wants to turn ALL daytime running lights off. Toyota has chosen the proper approach. If you want to drive with lights on during the daytime, you can, if you don't want to, you can turn them off. Makes everyone happy. These are true, Daytime Running Lights. What Chrysler now has, and some others have, is actually called, Forced Lighting. With Forced Lighting, the driver has NO control, and is at the total mercy of the programmers in Japan / Detroit.
Where do i get the temperature sensor from?
I have a 2018 Ram Sport. Took it to the dealer to load code for DRL's and all I got was dim headlights. I want the the amber LED's as my DRL's....any way to get this done?
