Remove gown first together with your gloves sanitize your hands,gown make it sure gown not touches staff uniform,sanitized hands and remove mask

Does anyone know what is the rationale for moving to another room in the person's home to remove PPE? I would thought there is risk of taking a potential infection out to others in the house.
