Mustang's blindness is a punishment because he looks LOST for the first time in the series. But he finds his way again thanks to the people in his life.
To be honest I love Air more than Clannad cuz it's hits home (her relationship with her mom and her way to cope)
How we feeling after the latest episode?
PEAK CONTINUES WITH S3. WATCH IT. Kyoani really upped their game in the wake of a terrible tragedy, pouring their heart and soul into sound euphonium. Much like Kumiko, through trial and tribulation, they toiled away at their passion, and we are finally seeing the end result. And there’s only one word that comes to mind to describe it. Beautiful.
Anyone here after watching episode 12 of season 3?
❤❤😊
This was beautiful I got Goosebumps 3 times and was on the verge of tears, I may be 6 years late but this was Amazingly done, Bravo!👏👏
It's been ages since the last season of Hibike aired. Season 3 is nearing its end with a lot of turbulence involved between the ensemble and the soloists: Kumiko & Mayu. It has been a long, emotional rollercoaster this show. The school politics, meritocracy, personal conflicts, and the characters' complexities truly made this show feel realistic & relatable. Hopefully, we get to see a proper ending and send-off to our beloved characters. I would also love to see the future career of the main characters and some of the supporting characters.
I wonder what would UTS has to say about the anime-only diversion of the story instead of following the source material..... Either way, EP12 of S3 made me appreciate Kanade even more & the episode truly is a hard pill to swallow ngl. Still happy to see Mizore, Nozomi, Natsuki & Yuuko in EP11 and also Kaori-senpai & Asuka-senpai in EP10.
I find Sakura very similar to Hinata Hyouga, a character highly appreciated from the anime community. She might not be as interesting as her older sister or Saber , but that doesn't necessarily make her bland or boring imo. She's a lovely girl who's a bit more timid and shy than most people and honestly I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Moreover, it doesn't change the fact that she's one of the bravest characters to have endured extreme abuse and hatred and still fighting their way through life.
Waiting for your take on ep 12 cause that episode broke me in ways I wasn't expecting
Oh, the thumbnail...
umaku naritaiiiiii
Another movie to add to my list, and it honestly reminds me of spring or a soft breeze, especially with this song playing at 1:37, which I'm still looking for. But it's funny how I can relate to both girls with Mizure's introverted actions of not being able to let go, and Nozomi's optimism. :3
You should post a link to that podcast in the comment section because I cannot find it as a mobile user.
Commenting years later. Season 3 episode 12 just aired and this show is still just as moving as it was in its first season
I still love this show till these days
My boy shoichi needs more time bro 🤦
Thanks for coming back uts
I've read the novel to completion and I usually don't get emotional when I know the spoilers, but somehow, with the beauty and emotions that the KyoAni animations deliver, it just makes me well up. I truly love this series. Kumiko is such an amazing character. So perfectly flawed.
awesome catch with the direction of her walking on the bridge now being opposite! best outcome for ep 13 is to announce a movie, 1 cour is definitely too short.
What if Kumiko loses the final soli audition to Mayu and she fully accepts it and then proceeds to help Mayu and the whole band to also accept the outcome? That would solidify that Kumiko is not meant to be special in the same sense as Reina, the brilliant individual soloist, but her "special" is in being a person who is able to bring people together and bring out their best - like a teacher.
I'm pretty sure this is what is going to happen, we've had 20 something scenes of Mayu wanting to forfeit and Kumiko tell her that the band will not hate her if she wins just for her to lose anyway. I all those scenes would be a waste of time.
Confirmed.
He almost got some kids killed for money, so Imma say no. Regardless, he is a good character.
Kyoani shoulda done 24 eps instead of 13 tbh i feel like they're rushing the third season, no even a single sunfes performance shot
In that regard, how do you feel about the Chikai no Finale movie and Ensemble concert OVA?
Kumiko’s arc has always been about the journey, while Renia is about the destination. Or at least what how I see it. So if she becomes a teacher (a music teacher) that would be perfect. Taki’s conversation about stacking stones on the River Styx… how it’s people not stones really drove it home for me. He and Kumiko are on the same wavelength.
Only 2 episodes left. With the amount of characters and storylines the season could easily be 24 episodes or more.
It's interesting that her friend a few episodes back said she couldn't picture Kumiko doing anything but music where this episode gave us Mizore giving Kumiko a firm shut down on pursuing music (at least in the same way she is doing). Obviously I feel like Mizore's opinion has more weight being a musician and actually in the future that Kumiko is asking about and while the season is seemingly pushing Kumiko away from music, I see no satisfying ending where she leaves it all behind for something entirely different.
she can still be in music stuff but not in spotlight like Mizore
@@syaefullrizcky A lot of foreshadowing has been done to say she might be a music teacher.
This episode was very emotional. It shows how much it takes to have friends.
Did sakura die in the end of the fate searies
Probably Kumiko hears Soul of cinder when facing Mayu
idk why, but I think I just had the worst cry while watching this video. Thank you, it was a good kind of cry that was much needed for me.
I dont really get people who hate sakura. She has barely any control of her shadow and has to actively supress it in order to not kill. And even when she breaks and accepts the shadow, her greatest crime outside bad ends is attempted murder (who cares about kirei or zouken) Sakura in every other instance tries her best to be a good person and make everyone comfortable, despite never being given a moral compass or being taught anything good. If anything her turning out the way she did is unrealistic as she should be immeasurably worse or totally broken (as would anybody else). Her upbringing makes homelander and arguably guts look easy in comparison.
I think Hachi’s main issue is that she doesn’t know what love is. If you look at her backstory, it’s not really surprising, maybe she doesn’t realize it but she was took advantage of and groomed by an older man. He only used her for sex, which might explain her tendencies to sleep with men despite not really knowing them enough to be physically intimate with them. She managed to fall in love with him despite barely knowing his name. She’s described as the master of falling in love, but what Hachi is feeling is infatuation. I also believe Hachi tends to fall in “love” with people based on the things they tend to do for her. She’s never experienced true love, so she chases it everywhere. I think it’s sad she never got to experience it in the end despite giving so much of it.
yes! been waiting for this dude to reawaken ever since eupho S3 was announced
Mamoru's displeasure of Japan taking sides is genuinely baffling considering USSR genuinely repeatedly threatened Japan and even claimed some Japanese islands and even the post-Cold War naivete aged like milk with Russia once again showing it's aggression.
Watching this show as a 13-year-old for the first time really hit perfectly. While the deeper theological meanings and theoretical science kinda went over my head, the message of rebellion in the face of adults who would see the future die to cement their comfort over that of their children resonated deeply. I can't believe I've never seen this video before, thanks for spreading the word of my favourite show in 2020.
That speech gives me goosebumps I legit cry. It maybe unrealistic from many people perspective which I can see that, I still believe one speech can motivate others at the very least that is what Kitauji needs at that moment. (Even though i think if she said it faster it would have been more realistic but i think story wise this gives more impact and at the end of the day it’s anime so I’m very happy. Tomoyo-chan did astounding job wants again)
Banger show, and an unforgettable soundtrack! I love this show so much!
Bro nana revealed too many scars on me and it made realize how fucked up relations friendships and romantic wise are. With how incomplete it will stay it all feels incomplete and that's ok
you need bigger problems in your life if you find yourself waking up and the first thing is you thinking or worrying about what happens in an anime. stagnant life while everyone is moving ahead of you lol.
watching this after reading the manga is heartwarming.
This season of Eupho has been everything I could have wanted. I’m so glad I watched this show a couple years ago (from your recommendation) and that they’re still doing it justice now.
Show?
Sound! Euphonium (the creator put that info in the description box)
I kinda don't get this episode it feels like thing were resolved in a unconvincing way and I'm still waiting for Reina to apologize
Yeah. Kumikos speech came very late for my liking. I was hoping she would have adressed it right after she talked to Asuka. But still. One speech to solve everything is a bit unrealistic. And Reina makes me a bit anrgy. She also has the responsiblity for the club. Not as much as Kumiko. But her way is to just snap at eveyone who questions Taki. That shows me she also is no good leader...🙄 I am waiting for an apology of her next ep.
It’s nice seeing her finally stop being so passive and standoffish, it still makes me angry that part of her hasn’t changed though.
Imma be honest. I don’t care for the show I just love the kyoani designs and the R34 from em lol
bruh. wild but I respect it
You are strange
Bro attracted to high schoolers 👮🫵
