Hi! Where did you get this stand from if you don’t mind me asking?
@JessicaPiattiArt2 ай бұрын
Hello! Thank you for watching! I got this stand online- it’s a Mabef Sculpture Trustle, I modified it by adding in the larger wooden platform and metal supporting rod which I made myself with scrap wood and a few things from the hardware store.

I also have two other smaller rotating stands that I purchased at a local ceramic store but you can get cheaper ones that are made for cake decorating that can work well too

It would have been helpful to be informed on what type of clay you used and if it was air-dry, how long did it take to dry. Did you use a sealer on the finished piece? I subscribed as I find your projects interesting.♥️

Do you put something like that in a kiln like clay cups and bowls? Or do you just let that dry out on it's own and that's it? Looks fantastic BTW.

Hi! Thank you for watching and leaving a comment :) Yes, I will eventually fire this in the kiln after it dries out completely and hope to glaze it after that!

@@JessicaPiattiArt Thank you Jessica for noting my post. I’m here in the Pacific Northwest. (Oregon valley, south of Portland) My furry family members are… classic Boarder Collie & many black-tri mini Aussies, one Blue Merle(his eyes were blue) The others have had brown eyes. I’ve had Carmel colored Pomeranians, Malamute Huskies, Samoyed & a Blond Afghan hound. All my furry companions have each spent their entire life with me… living between 16, 17 even 19 years.
