NIce, but it would have been nice to see some more of the actual cliffs being shown off; overall I felt this was a bit short, but it's a good video for sure!

kind of disappointing, all that wonderful professional smooth drone footage and you just chopped it into a DJ turntable spinning, speeding mess. not a good promo, sorry

Very nice! Did you stabilize, and then speed it up, or the other way around? I've noticed if I speed it up, export it, and then bring back to stabilize, it gets a bit wavy. I'm using Premiere though, so maybe FC works better for this?
@CLOUDVISUAL7 жыл бұрын
There's no 'speeding up' as this isn't a video, it's a series of photos. I wouldn't ever advise taking a timelapse as a video, as the bitrate is awful.

Does the DJI Go 4 have a time lapse feature built in? you didnt take the photos manually did you?
@CLOUDVISUAL7 жыл бұрын
Yes, the P4 also has the timed photo option. Just remember to change to JPG only to make the timer reduce to two seconds.

Awesome stuff. Was this in tripod mode? I watched your stabilized video too. What software (or plug-in) are you using to stabilize?
@CLOUDVISUAL7 жыл бұрын
No, this was shot in GPS mode. FCPX warp stabiliser, export and run the stabiliser again on the exported file.

I did see that one as well it is awesome. I'm struggling with the settings for night shots basically for low light like yours is
@CLOUDVISUAL7 жыл бұрын
Phones And Drones The trick is a low ISO and a slow shutter speed, good composition and a suitable subject. If you try to timelapse a single street or freeway the shot won't look right and the surrounding area will be dark.
@PhonesAndDrones7 жыл бұрын
CloudVisual Thanks. I think my issue is that I don't have that one well lit subject. ask my surrounding lights outside are also very yellowish. not nearly as white as yours were.
@CLOUDVISUAL7 жыл бұрын
Well the orange lights are fixed using white balance. Dropping it down to 3-4000k will nudge the lights into looking cooler. Try some of the presets too, you'll see an immediate improvement. Just don't forget to switch the WB back or you'll wonder why all your daytime footage looks blue.

Very nice! ... Did you use the standard stabilization tool in FCPX?

Zbar had - It was the Fstop. Basically running at anything above f8 will mush the image and cause it to look grainy and sometimes blurry. Stick to lower apertures and use an ND filter to keep control of things.
