  The central revenue increased by 2.7 times The railway budget increased by 4 times and highway budget increased by 10 times Indian gov is spending more percentage of revenue in highways & railways and other infrastructure The gov have Focused on infra more then previous gov but which means other sector have got less funding India desperately need infrastructure as much as India needs reform
