    Congrats on your success but whatever picture or image you put with all the indicators is NOT ICT or SMT lol. ICT actually talks down in indicators. Dont down talk a strategy that you haven’t actually studied. I would say it can get complicated with all the Wyckoff Cycles of accumulation and distribution but it can become simple. And you used liquidity wrong too in your example. Stick to teaching break and retest

    I didn't come from a rich family either. However, I wasn't born poor either. My dad worked for an automotive part engineering company. He made over $1,000 a week until he had to quit when he got sick. Ever since then it's been day to day living and it's only gotten worse over the years. My mom used to say if it came down to it, she'd "shoplift a pack of hot dogs to keep us fed" and now that has become reality. I'd say 80% of our food every month comes from shoplifting. I'm ashamed of the way all this turned out. My dad passed away about 3 1/2 years ago from a stroke. At the end of last year my mom got sick after a cyst surgery and I got put in a youth shelter out of town for 5 weeks with a bunch of strangers. During that time, my extended family showed their true colors and my cat (best friend of 7 years) went missing. We came to the conclusion that the surgeon had cut her intestine somehow. Now we're waiting to see if it's malpractice lawsuit material. I'm almost 18 and taking college classes at a community college. I've gone through 3 jobs in the past 6 months. Mcdonalds didn't work out. Rally's was perfect until I was forced out of town to the youth shelter. And then I worked at papa john's for a little over 2 months until the owner decided to screw me because i commented on something she did which, according to the food standard that were right in front of us, was wrong. hopefully this curse ends soon and this can be me one day.

    I feel like you deleted a bunch of videos from your channel, I'm watching your videos from the first to the last one and it's so hard to follow what you are doing cause a lot of the techniques used seemed to be on deleted or hidden videos, which makes your earlier videos hard to understand. Could you maybe create a playlist organized in a way that naturally takes one through your trading process? Thanks man!

    If you refer to moving SL to break even as management, he doesn’t do that. He sets 1 Stop Loss at candle close over a level. For TPs, he scales out at key levels and usually leaves a runner for a far TP.

    @@ScarfaceTrades You are such a nice guy as a teacher and what looks like as a person. I think your voice and explainations are great, my advice is only this: in your videos your appearance is enough that bright color of purple around you is such a distraction and gives nothing but that. Keep it simple also in your way of approach, your trackrecord and personality is much more than flashy disturbing colors.

    Also, consider things like Forex where retail traders are generally trading CFD's, not the actual currencies themselves. Therefore, SMC trading doesn't really have any effect on the market since there is no real liquidity for the banks/hedge funds/institutions to take from retail traders since the retail traders are not trading the same instruments as they are. And even if there WAS money to be taken from retail traders, the amount would be so small compared to what they are trading with that it would be inconsequential - under 5% total.

  • @matterman2003
    @matterman20032 күн бұрын

    Enjoy your videos, I also utilize break and retest strategies, but I do use SMC quite bit as well, and to be honest, they are kinda similar in concept. You mark out the key levels, in SMC these levels are called Order Blocks - the areas big institutions are buying/selling from(I use an SMC indicator so all these are already marked out for me on the charts). You wait for a break and retest of a high. In the simplest SMC concepts, you wait for price action to get to your order block and then drop down to the 1 minute timeframe and wait for a change of character(ie, if it comes in bearish, you wait for a higher high to print denoting a change incoming) and then wait for it to get back to the order block again and that's where you put your buy/sells in with the stop loss being underneath the order block. Honestly, the concepts are pretty similar and how to trade them for the simplest methods. Target is then the swing high/low.
