I discovered Van Morrison in the early 70’s, before I graduated HS in 1975. Astral Weeks, St Dominic’s Preview and Moondance are three perfect albums. Now I share VM with my three kids, 36, 34, and 29, all knowledgeable about rock music from the 60’s-70’s and accomplished musicians in their own right.

Thanks for uploading this. There was for a short period a pro version shot up close….. and it was wonderful…. And whomever took it down should be terminally ashamed of themselves…. For clearly beyond a shadow of a doubt they didn’t understand Levon’s view of music….

Calling the Staples Family “back up singers” doesn’t do them justice. They were the most influential gospel group of their generation. Mavis Staples sang with so many including The Rolling Stones and Aretha.

Let’s talk a bit about the Civil war. Now, how many of you truly know what your ancestors fought for? Likely, don’t. Yet, have been very jaded with slavery. How interesting as the European’s were more than experienced At getting their locals to run down and get their slaves from Africa. YEP! But, America has forgotten or dismissed this very important part to American and European history. Yes!
