  What are you trying to teach this dog? 😂 that attacking smaller dogs on a lead is a fun game and when the boxer doesn’t drop the other dog it will get pats? Good luck with that.

  Why do you put the dog at risk, by training it to go for the non-weapon hand? The sleeve shouldn’t be the reward either, don’t let dog play with the sleeve. The man is the target, the sleeve is only to protect the man. Put the sleeve on your weapon hand, the dog should be hitting that arm, not because of the sleeve but because it holds the weapon.

  @@ManDogAndCows You have definitely got a good dog there. The intelligence of the breed is unbelievable, and their speed is phenomenal. The Mally Missile is something that has to be seen to be believed. I never understand how people say they are hard to train, I find them easier to train than a lot of other breeds. They are so quick to learn that people often inadvertently teach them bad habits, then blame the dog.

  If you are in arms reach you are already too close, dog is there to extend your personal space.. Having the dog bite someone who had already stabbed you is pretty pointless.
