  After all the negative things people said against Lucas and Chris, I lost respect for these people in charge especially the fans who don't like Lucas and Chris and also their favoritism towards Kevin to be in the lead role with Erin, which is so wrong. Chris looks way better as lead for this series and matches it so excellently. They have reduced Lucas' screentime a lot and even limited and not shown him in the promos on Hallmark. I noticed that if he is there, it is only one or two images, but no clips. You have to see other channels to get more of Lucas, but even that is very limited, so I dislike how they reduced his screen time so dramatically. They weren't showing favoritism when it was previously Lucas and Elizabeth as the lead. I find that season 6-9 is way better than s10-11 even if the new show runner supposedly wrote a better this time for episode 1, but I don't like how she focused more episodes on Nathan giving him most of the scenes. S10 season was the worst that I have seen, but now I find s11 is even worse. When it was Lucas and Elizabeth, they weren't this extreme and I enjoyed it better as it made more sense too.

  Yes. Lucas and Elizabeth should be always together. They never should have broke up. The story should have been written in favour of the fans who love them being together. They should have written it better even if now in s11 that Lucas has taken on a new role they could have made them a stronger couple where he can become the governor he needs to be now with the support of Elizabeth, but instead they changed the story and damaged this beautiful relationship. If they gave Mei to Nathan, I would not have minded. They could always give Mike another lady. Now, they have to give Lucas a better woman as Elizabeth is no longer the woman that she used to be. She is no longer the one that we love and respected. The show is no longer the same quality as when it was Lucas and Elizabeth together. I skipped over those scenes that I didn't like in s11 just to see the Lucas and other characters. I don't appreciate Nathan. The way he acted in s10 made me despise the character.

  Whoever wrote the breakup between Elizabeth & Lucas in Season 10 had to be drunk. What is so unbelievable is that Brian Bird & Erin say the changes in the storylines are going to be good for the show 😮! To build a beautiful, loving relationship for 2+ years between Elizabeth & Lucas & now she thinks she made the wrong choice!!! She couldn't give Lucas her 'whole' heart... What? But we're suppose to believe she loves a man she's never had a date with or an intelligent conversation with!?! A total insult to our intelligence. Brian Bird said if some fans are mad about the changes, to bad. Think I've just lost a lot of respect for this man.

  There was nothing beautiful or loving about their relationship. Over the top pda does not count. They had no depth, no serious conversations. Totally flat. Tptb should never have gone this route to begin with.

  ​@@ALogan15Apparently you're not a romantic person if you didn't see the 'LOVE' between Elizabeth & Lucas. Unfortunately, Nathan is blah, very uninteresting & cold. Hardly ever do you see sparkles in Elizabeth or Nathan's eyes when they look at each other. Nothing compared to Elizabeth & Lucas when they went horseback riding or when they went to the library & he said, if this were a date, I'd take your coat...if she didn't want to be there, why did she give him her coat...he didn't pressure her! They had several interesting conversations. They are equals & do things for each other, where Nathan basically 'needs ' Elizabeth because he can't do/handle a lot on his own. It's obvious Nathan has issues with women otherwise he wouldn't have been in HV for 4 years without kissing a women. Heck, he really only had one date with Mei & she let the girls know there was nothing between them. If Elizabeth wants to be with Nathan then she'll get what she deserves......a boring, cold, uninteresting life. She can cook, clean house, do the washing, teach little Jack, Allie & the school kids & talk with Rosemary while Nathan does his rounds. 😊😊

  Not that excited to watch Season 11. I'll record it & watch later so I can fast forward scenes with Elizabeth & Nathan. They're saying Lucas will need to face demons from his past....if this means they're going to try to change Lucas' character from the good guy we KNOW he is, WCTH will definitely not be worth watching. Unfortunately, the show will kill itself off if the character storylines continue to be so poorly written. It's not only the ridiculous changes being made to Elizabeth & Nathan, but the storylines for Mei, Mike, Faith etc need some help. Wonder what will be done for Fiona now that Kayla will be leaving...I'll miss Kayla, but hope they bring someone in to keep Fiona's character going.
