  This just proves this whole IPS scheme is nonsense. its supposed to be for people with severe mental health problems. If she really had severe mental health problems that NHS trust would never let her get employed by them as she wouldn't pass the Enhanced DBS.

  How about referring Betty to a vascular service in the first instance for a full venous duplex vein mapping scan and instead just managing the symptom treat the underlying cause with procedure that are available but not widely known about. It is a travesty that the nhs spends over 3 billion per year on wound clinics rather than sending people down the correct route. Right care, right place, right time 🤦🏻‍♀️ what a bloody joke.

  This has really helped me ,I’m now in my fourth year working at a ASDA Supermarket in my local area these NHS staff work really hard to help patients rebuild there lives and I would definitely say big thank you for there help and support.

  Dr David Richmond, the longer you keep talking about teams as having "the lowest and highest members" the longer the problems within maternity services will carry on. The service should be driven with he woman and baby at the centre and everyone else Consultant or Cleaner as working as a team surrounding the woman and baby.

  This is beautiful. The power of kindness and the 'touch on the shoulder', the 'holding on eye contact, like the holding of hands'. The simple things that give value, the value that helps the individual value themselves and drives the drive to want to recover. This poem is something I never want to forget.
