  Hi I missed something and just want to clarify, did you put the cooler inside the chiller? or u just left suckling pig in the cooler overnight? really love the recipe! <3

  Thawed put the suckling pig completely then brined in for like 6hours then marinated it then put it in the chiller :) Thank You!
