  The flu is touching plastic pipes. The coper exposed in the wall isnt insulated. There isnt 6inchea of brass before the transition to copper for the expansion tank. The bottom strap should be at least four inches above the controlls. The hot and cold should be bonded. Drip pan needs to run outside or at the very least (if allowed) terminate 6-12 inches from the ground not 18. Im giving it a thumbs down sorry.

  I used to work at an office building with 60 lightbulbs in the lobby ceiling. I bought a broomstick and a small plunger taped them together and used that to unscrew and change lightbulbs instead of using a ladder...

  I use black plastic boots with a pull string . Reuseable . Hooks on the grill pull tight . Tape is expensive
