Dear people, do you watch the time you spend with your mobile phone, browse the internet ? On a non -working day, I just observed with horror that my screen-time was about 6 hours ! On working days I average about 3 hours ! I must have been addicted ! And I am not alone, you might be in my position too. Mobile addiction is real pandemic, so much so that no one is taking it seriously. Wastage of time is wastage of life.
