  You’d be an idiot if you genuinely thought he had no idea live rounds made it on the set or that he had no clue that his staff was extremely unqualified. People voiced concerns to him and he scoffed so that alone makes him liable. Knowing all this he still pointed the gun at her unscripted and fired. Live ammunition on the set and yet no one knew the first thing of gun safety. Hollywood actors don’t get a pass on gross negligence.
