  Did I understand this right? You did more than 100 passes on each grit stone to sharpen the knife? I was planning to buy this and have more than dozen kitchen and EDC knifes to sharpen... It would take me like a few hours to do them all....

  I bought the Damascus sokoke before they switched it to the green micarta handles, I will say I’m definitely more of a fan of the original handles, they have a subtle yet elegant pattern in the micarta

  I get it: 'potta' as in 'para' as in spanish, meaning 'for'. Para = for, in spanish. Pronounced 'potta'.

  I sent a message to Civivi to ask what the steel of the blade was made of, I got my answer. It is a mixture of 10Cr15CoMoV and 9Cr18MoV steel. All with 110 layers. 10Cr15CoMoV steel and the equivalent of VG10. It is therefore a blade of much higher quality than its D2 steel counterparts.

  Dude, this is obviously NOT real damascus steel. Just look at the product photos online and compare the patterns-they are IDENTICAL. This is NOT how real damascus would turn out. This knife is simply polished and then laser etched. Production of a real damascus knife can’t be had for that price. But we can agree that this pattern is one of the nicer designed ones.

  Dear internet, Do not use(step 5) the field sharpener on your steak knives. Or any stropping compound (Chromium oxide) on anything you intend on putting in your mouth. Good video btw

  The wood knives they send the influencers have great wood grain. But the wood handles I've received are plane with very little graining.

  Those edges aren't even that Sharp on the handle man 😂. You use sharp too much almost exaggerating. Tenacious just looks so much better but the weight and size for EDC the delica seems to be the go to

  I think the Hectare is a nice knife but the thumb hole is too small for my deployment skills and there is no other way to deploy it. Great knife for skilled blade deployers. 😂😎✌️

  I got the rosewood and really like it. As a guy with pretty large hands most folders are a 3finger grip. I do dislike how strong the crossbar springs are though.
