  I have a DCR-HC20 and the touch functions work, and the screen partially works, but the sensor that turns on and off the camera when you open the screen has been malfunctioning for years, but finally gave out in january.

  Thanks for your comment, as these broadcast cameras get older, a lot of these cables can not be sourced any where, good luck if you get an account with Sony, they are not interested in small accounts

  I've got the same camera and the cassette mechanism stoped working. Does anybody know any private experts who can fix the mechanism or install a new one? I am based in London, UK. Or parhaps anybody knows forums where I can find an expert to fix this issue? Thanks. Previously I took ot to a video repair shop and they quote 570 GBP to repair which is insane as now this camera does not cost that much nowedays.

  I just googled Lenovo Ideapad 320S-14IKB LA-E541P Motherboard and found one on ebay for £34.99 Lenovo ideapad 320S-14IKB (Type 80X4) Motherboard 5B20N78323 Pentium 4415U 4GB --------- There are others for £19.99, but you'd have to have a look to see if they're the same. Motherboard For Lenovo Ideapad 320S-14 80X4 Intel Pentium 4415U 5B20N78323 Try different domain searches - IE Google home page provides different results than Yahoo using MS Edge URL Address bar.

  Nice try but with a short like that on the cpu/gpu it’s time to give up, Sorin from electronics repair school has come across that loads of times it’s very common, he’s ordered replacements and they have been used and bent so don’t buy a replacement it just won’t work unless you’re really lucky.   You don't have much experience with computers if you don't know Intel S-Spec codes. SR342 = Core i5-7200U. Shorted PCH is quite common fault.

  After watching and following your video, I found out my problem is with the same ribbon. Part of its literally cut, so I guess that’s why the LCD wasn’t functioning. I’m going to order a new one and hopefully it works out! Thank you!!

  I have this board but for a smaller TV and the output connector for the leds is smaller with red and black wire where i get 121V beetwen them, but for my calculations it should be 135V because of the numbers of leds, 9 leds at 3V in 5 strips do 135V... When i turn on the backlight it lights just a lil bit, i think its OVP kicking in but i can't measure the current. My leds are good they light all but just a lil bit, it's new strips

  Almost the same. Staerted changing the output capacitors (470uFx10V and 2200uFx10V) that were bulged and measuring way lower the nominal value. Had +5V, but -5V giving like -2V). After replacing the caps, nothing. 0V on both outputs. Changed the capacitor on the side of the board and the PSU is working now, Used a 100uFx25V, I hadn't any 47uF caps on my bin.

  hi thanks for the great video the best i came across. I'm wondering if you can help me i put the same shower up for my sister today so i was doing the decommissioning on it. I open the filter assembly taugh that was to bleed out the water, That was grand so i powered it up and the water only get hot for a second then goes cold.i have put a few showers up for family over the years with no problem. instead of opening the small bleed screw i open the filter assembly and it wan like a pressure of air came out. i really need your help im from ireland two. my belly in a knot i cant sleep thinking about it. And i have to go up in the morning to try to fix this. please can you put me in the right direction i feel so stupid. Its the same showed your working on in the video HELP

  Здравствуйте! Вышел из строя выносной аккумулятор. Камера больше 5 лет не работала. Купил новый аккумулятор , камера включается и просит установить дату. На дисплее это сделать не получается, не реагирует. Как я понял вышел из строя аккумулятор в самой камере! Подскажите как до него добраться и где он находится?

  @@Artyom_Artyomovich Нет!!! Разобрал камеру искал этот аккумулятор , не нашёл. Думаю что он выглядит как батарейка на часах ручных не нашёл.

  I was just given one today however mine works very well there no marks on the screen seems an OK picture for such an old set.
