Hi Aju, great videos you do and very helpful, so, let me help you. I am a mod on a Sage coffee machine site, and we get endless water related problems in the UK as the water hardness varies from zero to 100. So, we came up with a hack to help, if you have a kettle, descale it when you buy the machine, then you can see into the kettle to see any limescale build-up, as soon as you see the first indications of limescale descale both the machine and kettle and start again. If you get a particular blockage, we also recommend you get a descaler and that you get the water as far through as you can to all outlets and let it sit and repeat this every few hours until it eventually gets through to all outlets. When it eventually gets through to all outlets, leave it overnight to allow it to thoroughly clean out the machine. I use Kilrock coffee machine cleaner as it does a great job quickly, so, I use it on any machines I get for repair that are water based, I always say if you have a water related problem, descale is the first course of action to find if the machine is clean internally, then that can be ruled out as a problem.
