Well done, you have the floor sorted out now! Now you can get started on the woodwork - another big job; the beams and joists are in pretty good condition overall (I've seen a lot worse than this!). Now just do your best, this is the worst time of year with winter that will only get worse. Stay warm and protect yourself from injuries!!

Thank you for the normal speed video. You have a lot of work still to do, but your house is in good condition! There is very little water or termite damage, which a lot of these houses have. You are also a very tidy worker; those roof tiles are stacked nicely and not broken into bits and hard to clean up!! Keep doing your best, I'm rooting for you!!! Good luck!

Thank you for your video; I have watched all of them! May I make a suggestion? It would be better if your videos were to run at normal speed, so that we may be able to look closely at what you are doing. I have watched quite a few videos of restoration of these old minka houses, and your video looks so familiar to me now! I can imagine the smell inside of old wood and earth from the floor and I can only imagine it smells wonderful!!! I love this type of video and will watch all of your future films, but please bear in mind, that I would like a longer and slower video; it would be so great if you could concentrate of the actual house, and show all the repair work involved? You have a lot of work ahead of you and I wish you so much luck! What you are doing is so worthwhile, I hope that it all goes well for you.

The gentleman in your video looks to be about the same age as me; I wish that I was as active and as fit as he is though!! I was very envious of him!!!! I will never get tired of seeing the natural beauty of the Japanese scenery, I would love to see more. Thank you for your video, it was lovely. ❤

Hello. Thank you for your new channel; I love these kominka restorations! ❤ Looking at the pillars and beams, it seems there is not much termite damage, or was there an earlier restoration job done? I really love this type of video; I can only imagine the smell of the old wood and the earth floor! Good luck with your work and stay safe. 🥰🥰🥰
