  That was an educational viewing… I’m happy for you but also understand the neighbors that are concerned with adding so many units in such a small space. Your additional planted screening will help a lot with that, but I hadn’t realized before now how visible the glamp site was.

  So, in the end, this is all over 1 unit. The tents were ok. They withdrew their opposition. It's all about the hard sites. It terrible how your neighbors "found" anything to complain about. Moving towards an RV park. Wow, sad Yes, it would be the same as a farm with 10 structures and operated farm services. Good question Commissioner Gardner, and the distinction between "feelings and facts" I'm so happy for you! Congratulations 🎊

  No Permits for me!!! I am currently fighting this in Citrus County but I've taken it to Circuit Court per Florida statute 559.955. "Local governments may not enact or enforce any ordinance, regulation, or policy or take any action to license or otherwise regulate a home-based business in violation of this section."

  It's rwally sad that some neighbors don't just "live and let live", when you obviously have a nice looking set-up and not a mess in your camp. It's also sad that people can't do whatever they want to do on their own property, as long as the place looks decent and is causing no damage to anyone and is actually benefitting lots of people. Sad, sad, that bullies are ruling and getting their way, just because they are the loudest...

  Hey Glamping Guy, its the Glamp Man. Not sure if you have a specific video on this but how did you market outside of Airbnb? Instagram? Your own booking website? I assume you must have because from 2023 I think Airbnb just wasn't giving (us hosts) the bookings in the same upward trajectory it had been in 2021 and 2022.

  No, I don't. Composting toilets, I think, are gross. The Cabela's Commode works much nicer, much cleaner.

  how large does the leech field have to be for 8 rooms (2500 tank)? How many lines in your leech field?

  An engineer did all my calculations for me. Yes, 2500 for 8 rooms sounds about right. I have four leech field lines.

  I watch your videos regularly. The more I see them, the more disappointed I am. Your videos are so good but are not getting many views because of some optimization mistakes. If you solve these problems then your videos will get more views. Don't you want your videos to get more views?
