    How do I get a crispy to crust on homemade white bread? I use bread flour in making my loaves if that makes any difference. I made dill bread yesterday & it didn’t have a crusty top which I prefer. Didn’t have anything stated in recipe about the crust.

    I absolutely LOVE these muffins...I've been making them for years and they never disappoint! I have two questions: I normally use canola oil but I've been wanting to use a healthier oil so I was wondering if avocado oil would work. Also, I've been using my kitchen scale instead of measuring cups and I noticed the recipe calls for 2 cups of flour but also 260 grams? I thought 2 cups equaled 240 grams? Unless it's cake flour? Anyway, I'd appreciate any advice and thank you for this wonderful recipe!

    Boy am I glad I found this video I have made strawberry topping before and it was good, This is better. I was really nervous to add the butter because I tasted it before hand but WOW you are so right I don’t know what it does to the sauce but it truly is delicious TY so much for the recipe

    I used oven ready GF noodles but the edges and the lower layer turned out dry to where it was hard to chew. The instructions I had said to bake it to 425 for 60 min. Perhaps baking it at a lower temperature like 350 or 375 like you said will limit the dryness all the way around.

    Yes, today I pulled at 135 wrapped in foil, turned out fantastic
