Thank you for uploading this! I live abroad and it's nice to be able to go back to my hometown for a virtual walk ❤ I grew up in Gradisca and my family still lives there. I love the town so much, and this video really shows its beauty! Unfortunately, it also shows how deserted it's becoming. When I was a child it was a lot more active, with more shops, restaurants, and people around. I guess this is the fate of small towns, but it still makes me sad.

Thanks for sharing! We tried to visit Grado last October while traveling in Aquilea. However the road to Grado was flooded and the transit authorities had it closed. Now with your great video we have a taste. Next time in Italy this place is a must!

How unfortunate! Grado is a truly unique place, it would have been ideal to visit it in October, without the summer crowds. I'm happy my video allowed you to see it even if virtually, I hope you can come back soon. Thanks for whatching!

What time of the year did you record this video? I am going to Varenna 29th April and I am afraid it will be raining.
@WalkinAround4 ай бұрын
It was July. It's being raining a lot in Como these days, I hope that by the end of april it'll be sunnier. Varenna is a beautiful little town, way too crowded lately, but it's worth it. I was just there this week (in the only sunny day) to visit Villa Monastero, I'm posting the video today if you are interested! Have a great trip!

In Italy, you get pretty used to walking uphill! ;) I don't remember seing any bikes, they are more used in other regions. I heard about the new discovery! No idea where it's located, but I'd really like to go back there one day, expecially for the flower festival!
