My style of cooking is heavily influenced by African Cuisine, this relates to my origins which is amongst the smallest country in Africa The Gambia commonly known as the smiling coast of Africa. Barrifemme is a Female home trained chef! sharing both Senegambian cuisine and continental dishes for different occasions. I promote healthier choices in order to help promote good health and using natural ingredients like our ancestors did without skimping flavour.
I have a very strong feminist background which is backed by my degree in public health sciences.I love advocating for young married women and empowering female youths to restore their confidence especially in the kitchen.

Do you wash it first?
Also all this stuff your adding make no sense to me , just make it simple for guys to able to cook lol wasted
why does it have to make sense to you?? simply find a channel that makes sense to you
Feeling paitheee wayeee my unique and lovely wife. Bari feem rek nak!!! AidaVivi
Thank you sama darling y love youuuu
Thank you, sister. Liked your video. My only remark is that you seem to talk alot the the Wolof speakers. You should talk more to us, the Enlgish speakers. The Wolof speakers should know how to cook this already. The second thing is, tell us "I fried this for about 5 minutes, 10 minutes" That would give us an idea. I loved your video, keep it up! Thanks,
Thanks for the tip noted dear🙏🏾

Benachin! Super Tasty Dish from The Gambia in Africa! 🙂 Fancy Benachin! I want to eat this so much but, I need those snails! I think I want to Marry this Woman! 🙂 This looks so Tasty Man! 🙂 Is the way to a Man's Heart through his Stomach? Perhaps that is a true saying! 🙂
This making me hungry right now
Amazing I cannot wait to try this
What and what you put in the blender you didn’t show that
why make a video on cooking and not showing whole recipe😤

Salam Barifem. Mane dale sopenala SA CUISINE NEKHNAMA TATA SOKHNABY
Tradition jollof doesn’t require prawns 🍤 in it this is modern jollof rice call it europe red rice you guys put too much of what even your ancestors who invented jollof rice wouldn’t put in it all of these are not really necessary cooking jollof rice should be simply simple but you guys are making cooking it technically technical 19:57
I am sure there are other simple jollof you can watch and benefit from!! so please keep your advice to yourself 🙏🏾…You should also follow your ancestors footsteps by learning how to mind your business,KZread is a big platform if the video doesn’t match your expectations, simply look for another video that does🙂
@@barrifemmekitchen2282 I appreciate your efforts, but I feel compelled to follow my ancestors' path, and I believe the extra elements are unnecessary. I understand criticism is part of the game, but if you prefer to avoid it, consider keeping videos off KZread. How about that ?
It's the best way to cook domoda.no oil frying the meat or fish or chickens.this is the real traditional way of cooking domoda thank you.this will help alot to make themselves good one
NIce thanks 🙏
Hi Sis im late to the show but better late than never, great tutorial!! Making this rightnow...I'll let you know how it goes... By the way is that a Brummy Birmingham accent I'm picking up?❤❤❤
Wow this is amazing MashaAllah ❤❤❤
Try to be more original. This is not the way pastel is made in Senegal.
excuse me i am not senegalese this is the way we make it so please 🙏🏾
@@barrifemmekitchen2282 This is not how it is done in Gambia either. I had Pastel from Dakar, Gambia, and Bissau many, many times. In all your recipes, you add your own twist to them that makes them look awful. I am not African, but I was raised in West and'southern Africa. One thing I know is my food. I've seen your Thieboudienne video, and I couldn't believe how many twists you put on it.
