Automotive Diagnosis is a channel created by automotive specialists to provide technical videos for cars diagnosis and repair. In all our videos, we would like to take one step further from the "Only Repair" to "Deep Understanding about the Nature of the Fault". We provide videos from different systems on the cars including engine, transmission, electrical systems, Hybrid (HEV) and Electric cars (EV), Steering and Suspension Systems, parts removal guides, fuse box details, how to use special tools, and many case studies. We try to have a new upload every couple of days or so. Keep in touch and please "SUBSCRIBE TO SUPPORT US".

Perfec presentation
Thanks my friend
Perfect
Thank you
Not 100%
The full diagnostic video is on the channel, this is only a short video to show some steps, 59 seconds is not enough to show all details!
Thank you boss❤

I have a leak under car from hose after filter replaced
You might have forgotten to rotate the water in temperature connector at the top. Also there is an O-Ring at the end of that plastic rod, if you damaged that one, for sure you will get a leak.
@@AutomotiveDiagnosis the leak only when i turn the car off.maybe its related to air in system? I only prime the bulb by hand
Hi, this way you only replace 50% of the oil. the other 50% remains in the torque converter so this oil change is useless, it remains polluted.
Just so you know if the trans has over 120k miles and the fluid has yet to be changed its better to do this method 2-3 times while driving the car a week or so each time in between. You never want to completely flush the fluid at once in a trans that has over 120k miles without previous fluid changes.
Thanks for the review
Thanks for watching
Hi, thanks for the informative video, please upload a video about programming new keys ❤
Sure my friend. Will do my best.
Great information. 😎😎
Thanks for watching!
I have a DTC code: U0155- Lost Communication with Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module Module : ABS Any suggestions?
Thanks, great step by step guide
Thanks for watching
i need the pin out details for the seimens ecu for both the ford fiesta st150 and mk2 ford focus both 2.0ltr duratec engines, google doesn't give me what i want so where can i get these, i understand it'll cost me, thanks
Hi my friend. I will check to see what I can find for you. I will comment here again as soon as I find them.
Can I have the model year as well?
@AutomotiveDiagnosis thank you very much, car year 2006
Great info. I have a 2013 Ducati Multistrada with bosch abs. I get a random """abs pressure sensor fault.: C1006, C1007""". Totally random sometimes not for hundreds of miles other times every 25? The fault resets when ignition is off / on. I have bled and flushed both front and rear many times with quality brake fluid. Abs operates when not faulted. When faulted the brakes are fine except no abs function. Ideas please. Thinking of pulling the module and checking solder joints. It seems like a bad connection due to the intermittent occurrence of the fault. Anyone having pressure errors faults ? All info I get is to replace module. Thanks in Advance. Cheers
it even made a different sound coming out
I have a question im sure you can answer. After checking with a timing light i notice the balancer line was off from the pointer so i loosened the distributor to line it up but the closer i got to lining up the balancer to the pointer the weaker the engine was getting. Do you have any suggestions on what's causing that? Its a 1978 350 engine Chevy c10.
Hi Sir Thank
Thanks for watching
Well done
Thanks
Thanks ❤
🙏🙏🙏
You nailed it !
Thanks my friend
Dear sir,how can i get module wiring diagram plz?
Hi my friend. We are trying to make them available on our website for free very soon. Will let everyone know as soon as it’s done.
What program do you use for electrical diagrams?
For this one I used KIA GDS which is the OEM scan tool which comes with all diagrams, but we have some wiring diagrams in PDF and will provide them to everyone very soon.
Super thx.
Where did the electrical diagrams come from?
Po302 on my 2006 Subaru sti did all last was crankshaft and camshaft position sensor testing and cleaning
Thank you
Thanks for watching
How do you remove the top 5 solenoids?
Great video . but this sensor is a permanant magnet which produces its own AC voltage . Should it not read any voltage you got 2.5v? and engine was not running.
Hi my friend. That 2.5 v was just a reference voltage provided from ECM. The voltage generated by the sensor itself was shown on the waveform.
nice video simple and informative
Thanks my friend. I’m glad you liked it.
Amazing explanation ❤
Thanks my friend
Best Chanel so far explained step by step
Glad you think so! 😊
Thanks man , these videos are so useful, please keep making more, you are a great technician❤
Glad you like them!
I would like to say thank you so much Sir for your videos we have been learning new things every day, but I have one question please which type of software you are using to read wiring diagrams it's really fantastic tell me please i want to buy it
Hi my friend and thanks for your comment. This car was a KIA, so I used KIA & Hyundai GDS which is their previous OEM scanner's software. You don't need to buy the scanner itself (it's very cheap though), the software itself works perfectly and provides the diagrams and manuals.
But the software that you are taking about it's only for KIA or it's for all cars?
I would like to know about alldata is it good? please I need your advice sir which software it's the best for wiring diagrams
@@OmariBwagizo It's for KIA and Hyundai
@@OmariBwagizo I haven't tried it recently. There is no software to cover all cars, Alldata covers some of them, you might be able to try it for a while to see what the coverage is like for those cars you are interested. I am more interested in OEM wiring diagrams, which of course is not easy to find. There are some other websites selling the diagrams separately that I don't really recommend!
Or, connect diag machine, check engine rpm value, run engine, watch for proper correlation - if it's wrong/off, pull the sensor & check the tip first before diving into wiring - being a Hall type sensor, any slight damage or build-up on the tip will cause it to fail. Where it sits, it's easy enough for debris to get mashed against the sensor tip by the rotating crank. That way is simple, fast, straightforward & works well. If the sensor is undamaged (usually you'll see that the tip is mashed if it isn't reading) then you can dive into messing with the wiring, but 9 out of 10 it will be physical damage not wiring. Same applies for cam sensors - it's usually just the tip. :-) All hall-effect sensors will fail to work if there is even small damage to the sensing area - by their nature, being so close to fast rotating parts, any crud that gets between that gap will ruin the sensor. A lot of money has been wasted by a lot of people over the years, trying to fix baffling faults that would have been avoided just by pulling the crank & cam sensors & doing a visual inspection. Zero tech required, not even a multimeter. Applies to abs sensors, crank sensors, cam sensors - check the output value against expected, using scanner - then go look at the tip. Easy peasey way. Saves a lot of mucking about.
Thanks for sharing your experience
Very helpful info
Thanks
its not there on a a 2011 Sportage
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks
So do I just put new soldering on all the pin
If problem is bad connection between a pin and board.
@@AutomotiveDiagnosis it look like their was no solder iron on all the pin so I solder it but now the abs light still on
You shouldn’t solder any pin you see, some module they don’t have the solder on the top, like that unit we showed on the video. All inspection procedure is for finding the fault first. And ABS light could be connected to so many issues. You should read the code first.
@@AutomotiveDiagnosis I fucced up then I’m just gonna buy a new one lol I give up
