  In all versions of the bible texts and words were obviously cherry picked by the translators to suit their ideas at that particular time. No true version exists or has been found, little inconsistencies were ignored, changed or even invented to suit the translators pre-existing ideas. Misogynistic ideas, rape condoned, facts jumbled up with folk tales, outright lies and even inventions appear in the bible to suit whoever is paying for that translation at the time. Inconvenient ideas, texts and whole books in certain translations are missing or added to depending on which particular branch of Christianity you follow. So much counterfeiting, and misinterpretation of the texts has occurred in the last 2,000 years that the bibles as we know them are of very little use to anyone but scholars. If the old testament were to be followed to the letter it would be a recipe for disaster and produce a world of anarchy. The New Testament is full of inconsistencies, so called facts, bigoted ramblings, and uncheckable descriptions of the main characters, who are lost in the mists of time.and obscured by the people who copied the texts from older texts and even older texts.
