    Ingredients: - 1/2 cup mango - 1/2 cup raspberries - 1 small handful of pistachios - 2 tbsp hemp seeds - 1 cup milk of choice This mango raspberry smoothie is such a breakfast treat!     Thank you! Can’t wait to try these. I opted for blueberries and pumpkin seeds, we itch the peanut butter and oats! I saw another video that used parchment paper so you just pull out the paper and no mess on pan! Mine are in the oven now!!

    Ingredients (for 2): - 1 banana, ripe - 2 tbsp cacao powder - 1 1/2 cup milk of choice - 4 tbsp chia seeds - ice to serve Add 2 tbsp chia seeds each to 2 containers. Blend banana, cacao powder, and milk in a blender and add to chia seeds. Soak for 30 minutes or overnight. Serve with ice and enjoy! This fun chocolate chia boba drink is a great option if you love enjoying boba (or tapioca) but want a healthier alternative or an easier lazy girl version! This is actually a great breakfast drink because it’s essentially a drinkable version of chia pudding! It’s great to take on the go and will definitely have you satisfied and keep you full!     Ingredients: - 3 tbsp chia seeds - 2 tsp coconut shreds - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - 2 tbsp maple syrup - 3/4 cup coconut milk - 1 small orange, diced This delicious creamsicle chia pudding is going to be your new obsession!!
