The more familiar I become with this software, the more i see it LACKS. Why on EARTH would they not include this extremely basic function in their extremely expensive software? I wouldn't even be opposed to plug-ins and add-ons that cost extra but then they force Dynamo to stop working. oh, you didn't know that to get a Dynamo script to work that worked yesterday, you must DISABLE ALL 144 add-ins, add-ons, plug-ins, and apps? Here's another app to help you disabling the apps. Worse, now Autodesk is saying we've installed some illegal software. Wat. The. Heck. The illegal software? Well there's a bunch, but most of them go by names like Revit 2021, by Autodesk and Plant 3D 2022 by autodesk. And now i must uninstall/reinstall dynamo bc it crashes if I look at its icon on my desktop. So i uninstalled. Then i went to reinstall Dynamo. It says i need Revit 2020 installed on my computer. I had SIX REVITS INSTALLED AND I REMOVED A FEW okay! I have literally 50+ apps by autodesk on my computer. I need all of them JUST FOR REVIT. meanwhile, this guy is like 'dude, i'm just trying to show you how to like rotate a fitting"

Thank you for this! I have a massive model given to me by an architect using Revit 2021 and every time I open it in Revit 2023 it takes about 2 hours to load because it keeps doing the "Your model is being upgraded" thing. This is the only video I've seen that addresses this issue.

How would we be able to use the Geolocation as it relates to the bing imagery? I currently have to set it to NAD83 Zone II USF(CA83-IIF) to get my aerial. How would I set this to use International foot but still have my coordinate zone system? We are using 2022, is there going to be an update to add the coordinate systems?

I want same family used in video
Many people draw the Built Environment but I want to connect the Built with the external dry utilities and wet utilities that deliver services to the Built environment. I am self-taught. I believe this is now possible with BIM and NIM autocad approach. Then I hope to migrate to an ESRI ARC GIS shape file domain in order to map everything on large interactive maps in a Storm Room for situational awareness.

By any chance is there a way to turn off the creation of 3D views when doing the floor or wall sleeves? We really don't utilize these views for anything so if there was a way to disable the creation of 3D views it would also increase the speed of the sleeves being placed.
